    Just like everyone else, I don't have my parts! ordered 1/31/23 and was advised after asking for an update on 2/14/23 that my order was on schedule to finish "tomorrow" and to expect follow up emails shorty. you're better off submitting a dispute with your bank to get your money back.

    Terrible customer service, told me they didnt have a box to ship my diffuser after giving me multiple dates and printed a shipping label but didnt ship until I requested a refund, the diffuser was dirty as if it had been sitting outside in a building for a long time and all scratched up. Will not do business again

    I'am verry disappointed with this "professional"From the beginning of our exchanges by email until th sending of my order ( back rear diffuser and side skirt for mazdaspeed 3) everything was well As i live in ****** i was even entitled to a reduction in shopping costs ( 75$ and not 850$)With this reduction of the shipping cost i took the side skirt ..All this happened in december 2022 About a month later ( around 13 january) i received my order Big disappointment.. There was only the rear diffuser and nothing else Since that day i sent more than 10 messages on both adresseses but no answer (support and sales)It makes me angry!I Hope they move their a** fast !

    If I could give less than 1 star I would.
    Brandon K*** is the owner of Strafe Design. He makes up fake customer service names and emails tries to make the business look professional but if you Google Maps the address that’s on the Website you’ll realize that’s also fake. Scam tactic is to not be able to be found.
    I made two purchases back to back. Waited 6 weeks with minimal communication between before contacting my bank to dispute the charges. I notified Brandon that o started the dispute process and he finally after 8 weeks sent 1 of 2 packages. Awesome, right? Nope he tried to scam me and USPS by putting 1 Cu foot measurement for the package when it is much bigger than that resulting in me having to pay over $100 to receive my package - which I refuse to pay. Second package isn’t shipped and doubt it ever will. He will print shipping labels and not actually ship the items for weeks or months. The kid is 27 and just taking peoples money and not doing any work. Let’s not go into his yearly court appearances for tax fraud.

    Terrible company, same issues as everyone else. I opened a dispute with my bank and recovers the funds but they tried to scam me by sending half my order and saying it was complete because my bank was asking for evidence but I showed my bank these reviews of them lying and scamming people with fake shipping notifications. They need to be shutdown, super dishonest and scamming pos. Hope they get sued.

    Ive been waiting 2 months for a front lip and winglets, Ive sent multiple emails trying to get an update on my order, and they said it was scheduled for production in a couple days and they would provide me with updates. Its been another month and I still have yet to get any updates even after sending another email asking for updates. Just order from somewhere else.

    This company provides zero customer support and scammed me for side skirts that never arrived and a tracking number that shows they were never dropped off for delivery. Do not trust this company

    Ordered over 2 months ago. This company is nothing but fraud and a scam. **************** its a shame their business has not been shut down. What a joke. Lame excuse of a company.

    I have been waiting since February for a front splitter I ordered for my vehicle. I have records of monthly emails sent to them as well as correspondence of them admitting that I did not receive the item ordered and will be sent another. This is sad, this company acts as if the consumer is at fault. I will filing with my bank to recoup the funds owed.

    This has been the worst experience I have ever experienced and also the customer service is absolutely terrible I spoke to ********************* and he was supposed to send out a rear diffuser for me three months later the package I got was the wrong item I emailed him and it took him 10 days to respond to me so he ship me out another diffuser so I had to wait another two months to receive it and it is the wrong one again so now Im at a total of six months for an item that is wrong and wont fit in my car they dont have a phone number to contact them and they do not respond to any of my emails
