      My vehicle was totaled in November 2024. Insurance paid a large sum in December and GAP was set to pay the remaining total however Avid Acceptance will NOT return their calls or any or their request. In the meantime they are charging more and more interest and harassing me for payment. Multiple times i have spoken with someone who promises to send the information needed and there is no follow through. Marquise is the representative that continuously calls and is of no help. ****** has said he is working supervisor and will send the documents and no follow through. Today i called and **** (vice president of loss mitigation) repeatedly refused to send me to the insurance department to help and insisted i speak with ***** (my account manager) i told her he would not be able to help per ******. Her demeanor is disgusting and unhelpful to say the least. She hung up on me and when i called again she directly transferred me to ***** who was UNABLE to help! How does the ** of loss mitigation not know this??? This company is prolonging this process and withholding pertinent information in a bid to accrue more interest therefore more money from me!

      I must express my deep concern about what appears to be unfair and fraudulent charges and false account ledgering. The discrepancies in question pertain to the following issues: 1. Unfair and Fraudulent Charges: These charges have been assessed without proper explanation or justification, and I have not received any services or products that would warrant such fees. I demand a detailed breakdown and substantiation of these charges. 2. False Account Ledgering: The account ledger provided by your company does not accurately reflect the transactions and payments I have made. There are discrepancies between my records and the ledger provided by your company, which raises serious concerns about the accuracy and integrity of your accounting practices. 3. You got notice 3 times you still have not completed the terms of the contract now in fact you are in breach and have not preformed And have cause me mental anguish due to all of this. I have taken the initial steps to address these issues through previous communications with your customer service department as well as communication sent to the ******* and Indentured Trustee, and this is my 4th and Final Notice. However, the discrepancies persist, and my concerns have grown given the gravity of these matters. To ensure a fair and transparent resolution, I request the following actions:A signed Affidavit by the ******* and Indentured Trustee that you actually loaned **************************************** a Loan within a Promise to Pay and not a Security. Please also include in the Affidavit that YOU-PERSON -AGENT-DBA or any representative working on the Companies behalf is not or has not committed Fraud or deceptive practices and or excluded from giving full disclosure in this matter. A signed and notarized affidavit and returned within 5 days of this notice In accordance with the terms of the Agreement, you are hereby provided with notice of this breach and are afforded the opportunity to cure this breach.

      My name is ***********************/*******. My account with ********************** was paid in full in February 2023. Since then, the account is reporting inaccurately to Equifax, Experian, and Transunion. The account number is ********. I'd like for this account to be deleted from all reports. This account does not show up on one of the bureaus at all. On the remaining two, it reports under a different name with a balance due. One even states that this account is included in bankruptcy which is not true. I've never even filed for bankruptcy. Because of the damage to my credit report, I have obtained a consumer reporting attorney to begin the litigation process against Avid Acceptance. They are in VIOLATION and need to delete this account completely from the other two bureaus. This account is paid in full, yet, it's re-aging each month. Delete immediately. If not deleted, legal action will taken to the full extent per section 1681i(a)(2) of consumer law which states "(E)if an item of information disputed by a consumer is found to be inaccurate or incomplete or cannot be verified after any reinvestigation under paragraph (1), for purposes of reporting to a consumer reporting agency only, as appropriate, based on the results of the reinvestigation promptly(i)modify that item of information;(ii)delete that item of information; or (iii)permanently block the reporting of that item of information. I would like to have it deleted due to your negligence. I've also filed a formal complaint with CFPB. Thank you .

      I asked for a payment arrangement due to natural disaster I have been in, and Avid denied to help me. They did not ask me to submit proof or anything to assist. They told me I need to make my payments no matter what's going on and that I could only receive one extension on my account that I used while recovering from the hospital. The company is very rude and unprofessional. I have had proof for each time I needed to make an arrangement but the company was unwilling to work with me even tho I have always made my payments.

      The company repo'd my daughter's vehicle out of the driveway of a relative's home 900 mi away from our home on 9/20/2023 after my daughter informed them on 9/15/2023 she would be paying at the end of the month. The company did not inform my daughter that this arrangement was not acceptable. When I contacted ************ on 9/21/2023 he refused to send me a copy of the correspondence that he sent to my daughter (even though I am the co-signer), and told me that I had until 10/6/2023 to pay $2XXX or the car would be sold on 10/11/2023. He also could not tell me what state laws they used since we don't live in the state that the vehicle was repo'd in. He told me that I would have to get the email from my daughter he then went on to make very rude and unprofessional comments about me as a parent. I requested to speak to his manager. I spoke to "LaLa" and she stated that she wished they woul have talked to me first before the repo. **** stated that she could reduce the required *** for reinstatement of the account and give me additional time to pay. I was not able to confirm with LaLa how much time I have to get the vehicle. I have sent **** several emails but I am not able to get a response. I was never contacted by ************ or anyone from the loss mitigation team about the final arrangements needed to avoid repo. The car was repossessed now I'm being strong armed into sending over $3K and the company can't tell me if they are even going to reinstate the vehicle. THIS WAS AN ILLEGAL REPOSSESSION!!!!

      I had refinanced with my bank. I called them to get a payoff amount and was given the wrong information to whoever U spoke with. First my payment was sent to a TX address and could find it until I reported them the first time. So now I'm speaking to customer service representatives who's trained something. Said the oayoff they gave me was correct and that's not true. When I try to advised them they I'm arguing with them. And I spoke with a supervisor who told me that payoff was incorrect and I still owe over $700 and we made an arrangement for $ 100 a month cause he knew didn't have cause I thought it was paid off. I should not pay interest, when there're not training them right and they very rude. I should only be responsible for the $755 cause it was they're fault and we can be done with this. I'm very appalled by the service they've me.

      We had fallen on hard times in April 2023 when I lost my job. We had one payment deferred through Avid. To this date I have still been unable to find steady work. We have fallen behind with ****. We have asked for help from them to which I do not get. They text everyday and call all the time demanding money. We paid June Sept 1, 2023 emailed that we will pay July Sept 30, 2023. Their response is they cannot accept that they need 888 in two payments over two weeks. I have sent proof we do not have money and they offer no help just keep demanding money. We are really on hard times and they just steadily harass. We constantly have a new account manager. They say we do not keep in contact but I started only communicating through email so I have proof of all contact. They are only after the money or car no matter our circumstances. We are trying to work with them but they are making it extremely difficult.

      I was sold a lemon of a vehicle and will be filing a complaint against Nick Mayer Ford as well.

      My 2019 Ford Ecosport car has been in the shop for a month and half, because the engine died on it. I was giving a loaner car, until the car got fixed. I constantly requested updates and was advised that the engine was ordered and the engine guy was on vacation.

      Fast forward today, the dealership didn’t call or texted but showed up on private property unannounced like I did something wrong to obtain the loaner vehicle. They were informed by the bank that I surrendered the car which is not the truth. All I want is the car to fixed properly.

      Avid is the purchaser of the retail installment contract.  Any and all complaints should be directed toward the dealership.  The dealership provided and retrieved the loaned vehicle. Avid was not involved in any way.
