    Placed my order with the help of ***************************** in sales. **** knows PCs! He managed to upgrade my custom build to a better PC and saved me about 200 bucks. I couldn't find my power button (amazing case, but that button is stealthy, lol!), so I called tech support and they got me fixed up. These guys have a great reputation as being one of the best. Companies don't offer lifetime warranties unless they stand behind their work. Recommended.SA **** *****.

    A all around A+ experience! Sales rep/specialist ******* was there to help me with anything! PC is amazing and solid! Shipping was fast, check out easy, I mean these guys got there stuff together! No more amazon PCs for me! XIDAX from now own!!

    My order took a little longer than I thought it would so I email their support team at 8:00 and they responded in under 20 minutes with the reason for the delay and when they would be able to ship it out. Cant sing the praises of their support team enough

    My man **** at Xidax hooked me up and was super helpful the every step of the way. I've had a Xidax laptop for a while and its clean and pristine, runs like a dream (uninentional rhyming), bought 2 more computers from them and have had no issues, great stuff and definitely cheaper than some alternative PC builders, along with having more options as well.

    Just bought my second PC from Xidax in early ***** ****end model, looks and runs great! I have been incredibly happy with it.I contacted their tech support to get the fan curves set up just right and was very pleased in the support I received. They took the time to explain everything and got it straightened out quickly. Post-purchase support is an area that can be dicey and their technician was great. Calling this out as post-purchase support is something often not considered.The computer performs great, runs quiet, and looks amazing (great lighting and great cable management). Very much a recommend from me - I will be back when I look for a new build.

    ***** was amazing in answering my questions about getting into a new gaming desktop. My old machine was built by a friend on a budget 10years ago and was dying a painful death. My new machine is light years ahead above what I thought it would be. Water cooling was always one of those things I didn't understand, ***** explained it to me and how it's long I can expect it to last. Not being computer savy enough to rebuild it myself, knowing I can send it back in a few years to upgrade the computer and replace the water cooling is a great piece of mind. I cannot be happier with my new gaming desktop and how well it performances right out of the box.

    The service I got was hands down the best I have ever had with any company. The computer holy c*** its amazing, it is like a work of art. The cable management is very well done, good parts that work well! If I ever need another computer this is where I will buy it for sure! Thank you guys/gals for your hard work!
