  Phenomenal. Had nothing but a stellar experience. The packaging it came in really demonstrated their care and premium service. Also, and most importantly, it turned on with no issues upon arrival. After 2 weeks of stress testing it, I know this rig is in solid condition.

  I had an ideal build, they tweaked it and it cost far less, for much better upgrades. Imagine doing whats best for the customer rather than just making a profit overselling. Top tier service right there, and the quality I received in less than 2 weeks, was impeccable. Service, quality, and time to receive, I am super happy with everything. An absolute beast of a system that cost much less than intended, lol. 10/10 would highly recommend

  Been in the process of purchasing my new rig for about 2 months. And, during that time, **** has been extremely helpful and honest! No overselling, no over-hype. At this time, I cannot say anything about the rig itself, as I am waiting for delivery. I seriously hope it will meet my expectations. Will update as necessary.

  I am sure I asked more questions than most while shopping for a new **. But I was led to Xidax via a well-known ******* personality. ***** gladly answered all my questions again and again. Finally, I decided to make the purchase. However, I had problems with the shipper thinking the box the ** came in was a football or something. The system just did not work. Xidax made it right. They sent me a new system that was better than the first even though none of it was their fault. I appreciate everyone that was involved with my return including Sales, Support and a few in management. I am the happiest I have ever been with any computer I have purchased. Just in time to finish up my Ph.D. ****** to all of you for being part of my success.

  After searching months for a pc on various websites, Xidax was the best option for not only my budget but overall quality. They provided immediate responsiveness, answered all my questions respectfully, and fulfilled my expectations.

  If you're looking to buy a computer just come here. The people working here are knowledgeable, helpful, don't upsell you, give you trustworthy recommendations, and even try to save you money where they can before you check out. I don't know why you'd look elsewhere.

  Even if I didn't need a computer I would still buy a Xidax computer just because they are so beautiful.BUT Don't let their beauty fool you. They are a beast of a machine handling EVERYTHING that I can throw at it. I have remarked about the amazing customer service that ********************** provides, the plethora of choices for my computer that I was able to pick and that I know they will always shoot me straight.Thanks guys here's to the future!

They very helpful & respectful.great customer interaction.No matter how many times I called or email asking same or crazy questions.They alway helpful never acted like it was a problem answering questions.this my first ********* took the worry out the buying experience.Give them a chance you will be pleased.
