  The customer service here is amazing. Super personable and helpful. The website's chat feature is really smooth and I'd imagine extremely convenient for shorter interactions. The specialist that assisted me politely suggested we move to a phone conversation to work out my build and to make it simpler for me to explain my thought process. I bring this up because we ended up on the phone for a good 45 minutes picking apart where we could save a buck and still not bottleneck the build at any of the components. I'd recommend Xidax on the customer service alone, but they also have just about anything you're looking for to get a basic gaming computer or a monster up and running.

  Wanted to really buy a good computer for gaming. ******* was super helpful and set me all up. When the computer came, it didnt connect a signal to my monitor. ******* in tech support walked me through everything and we figured out it was the ram and I just removed and reinstalled and it worked! Overall, the two I worked with through this process really showed how good the team is over there. Will have a forever customer here.

  When I bought my first pc from xidax the people there where extremely helpful in every faze, from the parts set up, to helping me learn about my pc. They didn't stop there though, they even helped and worked with me on upgrading the same pc after a couple years and another couple years after that I was ready for an all together upgrade to a high end rig, sence the original pc still worked so well I was able to gift it to my younger brother for him to enjoy as well. Both pcs run flawlessly and I couldn't be happier with the build quality as well as the customer support

  I've been a solid customer for 4 years encouraging my family to purchase machines, i think we're up to 6 total now. Solid tech support knowledge, I could go on and on about how amazing their warranty is and how it works with an array of schedules, skill levels and needs, ***** even helped me make some upgrades while it was in for a repair covered even after all these years. I can't imagine a better deal.

  Shout out to ******* with helping me put together my new gaming PC, I am a complete newbie for this type of build. I had done some research on what I wanted but was not to sure on a few things. ******* looked at my build and made some great suggestions and saved me a few bucks in the process. I wanted all my RGB fans to match and all the other builders I looked into made it very hard and expensive to do so but not with Xidax, the fans you choose is what will be used everywhere and thats exactly what I wanted. I even asked to have extra cables ran for 2 hard dives I have and was told "No problem we will run this for you". Can not thank ******* and the whole Xidax team enough with how easy this was.

  ***************************** and Xidax were very easy to work with. I had specific specs I needed for a laptop and ******* helped me build the system I needed. It was also about $400 cheaper than I could have bought it for at other places.

  During my process of buying a new gaming pc, I used their live chat function to make sure I was building everything correctly. ******* in the live chat provided some great advice and even told me what was or not was needed from my selections. He worked with me to provide the best rig and offered behind the scenes edits after the order was placed. **************** goes a long way in keeping a customer.

  This is the first time I purchased a ** pre-built in over a decade. They were very reasonable in pricing and picking parts to customize a ** was fluid and easy to do on their website. After I purchased the *** it took about a week for them to build and complete the *** Once the ** was finished, they sent a photo of my new ** via e-mail which got me pretty hyped **. *** delivered it in a few days and I opened up the box. The only thing I had to do was plug in the *** and it was good to go. I will definitely be purchasing from these guys again in the future.
