Zags InvisibleShield on my new iPhone 14 Plus cracked within 1 week of use. Attempted to file Warranty Repair order only to be asked for my **************** for a $9.99 charge for longest ship time (10 days). I also attempted to call Zagg **************** and was on hold for over 30 minutes - is there really a CS department? (I doubt it because their Chat is not likely AI/ML based (and even outsourced), so Ill bet there is NO PMI protection if you enter **************** - BEWARE!)ZAGG, Inc.

Honestly I dropped my phone once from about 2 feet off the ground and the back glass completely shattered with this case on. It doesnt protect your phone. It looks sleek which is why I gave one star but it will not protect your phone. I could have understood if it fell and the front screen had been damaged but it fell on the back and completely shattered the entire back glass with the case on. I wouldnt recommend their cases if youre looking for a protecting case but if youre looking for a plain black case for looks and not durability this would be your case.ZAGG, Inc.

Had invisible shield for less than a month, scratched beyond words. Decided to get a replacement, with there lifetime guarantee; only to find out that shipping cost was over $9.00 plus. What a rip off. ******* charged me $45 for product. Gave it 1 star because I had to zero is correct reponse.ZAGG, Inc.

If it were possible. I would give this company zero stars! Terrible service at their mall kiosks especially the ************** in ********. Zagg employees young adults who are extremely disrespectful. I went into the ************** to the Zagg kiosk to have my current screen protector replaced. It remained under warranty. A simple in and out turned into disaster. The representative decided to take my phone stating, "I will be the freaking judge of that!" after telling him it was under warranty. Basically, he was calling me a lair as a customer. I immediately took my phone and left. No one talks to me in that manner and will not be allowed to provide any service -indefinitely. Very unprofessional! My 5+ visit to these Zagg kiosk and never had anyone talk to me that way. My finance' witnessed the entire process. We will not be using Zagg and will get a full refund for the product. Later on, I returned, asked for the manager. The young adult employee who insulted me stated he was the manager and that I could knock myself out reporting him to the corporate office.ZAGG, Inc.

This company has a "supposed" customer service number to call, but says you have called after our business hours. Tells you to leave a message. They can't provide an email address, as they force you to leave your info and agree to a privacy policy, which they provide NO link to anywhere on their site. I had to ****** to look at it, and, if you check that you "have read and agree to the privacy policy, they share your information with third-parties and use your information for many purposes.A company that makes it near impossible to contact them except by purposely routing you to only submitting it on the website & agreeing to privacy terms is a company that has set themselves up to get you to agree to sharing your information. This should be illegal. Then, when I look for carrying cases (not outer cases or glass *******), you can't find any. Look at their BBB Customer Review rating of 92 One-Star ratings. That shows how low reviewers opinions are of the company.ZAGG, Inc.
