We apologize for any confusion on your expectation of the InvisibleShield, and we understand how frustrating this must be for you; however, this is not something that ZAGG states the InvisibleShield will protect against. ZAGG's InvisibleShield is an exceptionally clear and virtually indestructible film that will protect your device from scratches and everyday wear and tear.
It is never ZAGGs intentions to mislead any of our customers. As far as our liability, it is for the InvisibleShield only. This is publicly stated online in our FAQ section of our website. We are very sorry for any frustration you may have experienced. We would be happy to provide you with a free InvisibleShield once your screen is repaird if you would like. We will leave notes on your ZAGG account to reflect this offer should you like to.

I echo what others have recorded with the BBB. I purchased the screen protector from Best Buy in ************** and was told replacements were free and would be professionally installed at the store. I was very happy with my first screen protector then, after it cracked, I returned to Best Buy and was told they would not honor the warranty -- it cost to replace it. I went back again several months later to Best Buy to see if anything changed and they told me they no longer carried the product and gave me the number for Zagg customer service. Yes, ****************** got me a replacement but it cost $10 to ship. I applied the screen, had trouble with some lint, and now there are bubbles. I asked Zagg to send me a couple more, at their cost, to experiment with since I'm not a professional installer and they declined. I feel duped having bought this in good faith at Best Buy thinking I could go back there for the life of my phone to get free screen replacements. Now, to get simply one "free" replacement, will cost me at least $20 and maybe more if I can't get it right myself the second time.ZAGG, Inc.

Bad product, attracts lots of dust during installation, with a "warranty" for replacement screens but you pay a very expensive shipping fee. I haven't been able to get one screen protector on yet without multiple duct bubbles, then as you remove one a half dozen more will show up.ZAGG, Inc.

I think it's ridiculous that if we have a warranty that we would have to pay shipping. If you order a new product, you don't have to pay shipping. Totaly BS about the "behind the scenes" work that needs to be done to collect a shipping fee. They either didn't make us pay in the past, or I used a different company (whose screen protectors are also around $50-60. Zagg was the best one at the time in Best Buy, so I went with them. Pretty disappointed - since, it probably costs them $20 to produce the screen protectors. :( boooZAGG, Inc.

12 year old son broken his glass protector and case. Immediately completed warranty (12/15/22) replacement info and paid another $15.00 for expedited shipped - over $30 for free replacement. Heres the deal-after receiving the glass, it was for an iPhone 14, not the IPhone SE. I have sent pictures as requested, pictures of the envelope, pictures of the glass on top of the much smaller phone. Only to receive another request (01/06/23) for better pictures without the phone in the picture! WTF?? I would have sent the glass back, if requested, but now after the holidays and cleaning up, I cant find the packaging to send more pictures! Honestly, at this point, just return the $30 bucks and Ill buy something else. 12 year old boys need protective equipment fast, not 3 weeks, plus.ZAGG, Inc.

This company is a complete scam. Lifetime warranty is a joke - my screen protector cracked within 3 months, from me setting my phone down on a table. That's it! No actual damage and bam, cracked. I've had cheap amazon protectors that last longer. I go to replace, and it's $9.99 to ship it to me (10 day wait) all this after being told replacements are free. I am floored that a company can operate in such a shady manor. I work in shipping (fragile items), and it does not cost $10 to ship something that weights/size even if it is fragile. Guess we know how they make their money! I'd rate zero stars if I could, just disgraceful!ZAGG, Inc.

STAY AWAY from the messenger folio 2 for Apple iPad **** 10th gen 2022 IF you like using the TOUCH ID function. Somewhere, somehow ZAGGS R&D department someone missed the importance of using this function and molded the case to fit around or overtop of this key thus not allowing for a good fingerprint identification. This Touch ID button is a very important SHORTCUT button for APPS that use auto-fill when asked to save to the iCloud key chain or even in the website. Next time you use the app you simply put your finger on the button and it auto-fills the information. This eliminates the book of passwords in most cases. Other than that its a pretty solid notebook.ZAGG, Inc.

I work as a Senior Sales Rep for **** and Zagg is one of my personal favorites for my own devices and my familys devices (specifically iPhone, ****** and ******* products are hit and miss in my personal opinion).The cases for iPhones are top tier for iPhone 13 and up. Absolutely love the quality of XTR2 Screen protectors. But I will quit recommending this brand as Ive been fighting for 3 weeks to get a screen protector replaced through their warranty. This is absolute h*** Otterbox never has made their warranty process difficult but Zagg keeps customers on hold and cant get live agent.Sorry Zagg, you make phenomenal products (besides mophie, theyre trash) but I wont be purchasing more and will recommend my customers not buy your products if they like the warranty option Otterbox and Pelican make so easyZAGG, Inc.

You have been providing us with phone screen shots of shipping notifications and delivery, and while this does provide the date of shipment and delivery, it does not tell us who placed the order. If the items are not directly purchased from ZAGG, we do ask all our customers for a valid purchase receipt showing the name of the purchaser, the date of purchase and the items and quantity of the items, as our warranties are not transferable, and therefore we ask for detailed receipts. We are sorry if our request asking for a valid proof of purchase has become frustrating for you, but surely you can understand the need for any business that provides a warranty of any kind, in receiving all the necessary information for validation. Should you be able to provide us with the documentation we are asking for, your Limited Lifetime Warranty will still be available, just reach out to us and we will be happy to assist you.
