    I responded to a promotional solicitation I had received for support from Ideal Billing to become credentialed with insurance companies back in December. Since that time, I have received rejections from 2/3 insurance companies I paid them to apply to on my behalf, and have been asking for weeks on clarification as to what the missing items are that the insurance companies have been asking for. I have spent countless hours of my own time trying to rectify the issues, the very service I was paying Ideal for to avoid, as I have a very busy life and practice and was hoping to outsource to "experts." I have called the third company, who have no record of an application being sent in on my behalf, despite Ideal charging me for these services. My representative, "******," has since not answered any of my emails, and has accidentally sent my other client's private information in emails, which I alerted him to, with zero apology or acknowledgement as to how harmful and invasive that is, and how worried I now am that my own information has been compromised. I have emailed the owner, ***, who has also not responded, and now I am wasting more time here, writing this, in hopes that this will deter others from being scammed and using such an incompetent service.

    Upon review of your file, we are actively working on four applications on your behalf. Below is a brief update:

    1. ******** Application: The application was returned due to a missing requirement the business entity **** ******** ********** PSYD PSYCHOLOGIST PC* is not yet registered with the *********************************** Office of Professions, as required under Article 15 of the *********************************** Law. We shared this information and the official notice with you, and you mentioned that obtaining the registration letter may take up to three weeks. As of now, we have not received the document.

    2. ******** Application: In ********, ******** enrollment depends on an active ******** enrollment and proof of registration with the ************************* Once the ******** application is complete, we will proceed accordingly.

    3. ************* This application has been successfully approved.

    4. Healthfirst: As we informed you, Healthfirst is not currently accepting new providers with your specialty in the *********** region. They advised checking back after **June 1, 2025**, for potential opportunities. A screenshot of this notification has been shared for your reference.
