I have had a wonderful experience with this company and my representative ****** ******. ****** has provided me with great contract approvals and has listened to my needs regarding my private practice. ****** has provided exceptional customer service and has helped me aquire great contracts. If I could give zero star, I would. At first, they seemed like they really know what they are doing until they collect your money. ***** ****, the sales executive was so nice until after I paid in full, he could no longer be reached. I was left to fight for my job to be done. ****** ******, the credentialing manager never responds to anything on time. I started the credentialing process since March, and til June ended, still struggling to get things done. Not only that they ignored my calls, they dont seem to be corresponding with the insurances either. I had insurance **** called me and told me that they could not get a hold of ****** and so they had to reach out to me to directly to submit certain documents. I realized that I have to do the job Id already paid idealservice in full to do. When insurance was not accepting providers at the time, I asked them to credential me with another insurance as a replacement, no adequate response. Its been a h*** of headaches having ideal service do my credentialing. Please do not waste your time and money. Avoid ideal service like a plaque. Terrible services, Poor communication. Ideal Services failed to deliver anything they promised. Once I paid, things changed. I did not receive any updates or confirmation that my application was submitted. When I emailed requesting the status, I was told "you will get the updated spreadsheet by the end of this day." It did not happen, I even checked before turning in fir the night. The next day I emailed a they had shsin failed to keep their word - I advised I have lost confidence in the company and requested a refund. Am hour later, I received an email requesting more information. It was a ploy- they requested my *** ans a couple other things. This is fir my LLC, which my EIN was provided in the original document they sent me to complete. What they asked for is a delay tactic. Also, ******, the manager who did not send the "spreadsheet", wrote the email as if he didn't fail to send an email the day before as he promised or, that I didn't ask for a refund. I've been completely bamboozled by this company. If they don't keep their word with me, I cannot trust that they'll follow-up with the insurance companies as they claim. Nor do anything else they claim. I had planned to allow them to do my insurance/ ******** billing - I'm happy I see who they are before allowing them to get into my finances. However, in order to proceed, we required several mandatory documents, which were outlined in our follow-up communications. These included:Availity login credentials Copy of facility license SSN and Date of Birth of the owner (required for facility-level enrollment by state and payer guidelines)Liability insurance certificate ******** enrollment confirmation These are standard documents required by payers for credentialing and ********-contracted health plan enrollment. Without them, no insurance company can accept or process an application.We understand that sharing sensitive information can raise concerns, but please rest assured we adhere to strict data privacy and security protocols to protect all client information.We remain committed to helping providers complete their credentialing successfully, but we are unable to move forward until the necessary documentation is provided. 1 starAt first they were great at communicating and getting back to me when I had questions. Gradually, their communications, thoroughness, and service dwindled over time. I have had to ask them to do what should be simple billing practices like record the "exceeds allowable" amounts from the insurance so the patient balances can be zeroed out. Im so grateful I found this credentialing company. I was tired of wasting valuable time chasing insurance companies, waiting on hold, and dealing with endless forms. I went to school to work with clientsnot to argue with insurance reps. **** team handled everythingfrom filling out paperwork to following up consistently. They kept me updated with a detailed progress spreadsheet, which really helped ease my mind. The whole process was smooth, efficient, and significantly reduced my stress. So far so good! ****** ****** was helpful in guiding me through the needed information in order to submit my application for ******** credentialing. He was responsive when I had questions. The process took 11 weeks which was within the window of time I expected. Next up, the billing department, so I'm hoping this goes just as smoothly.Ideal Billing Services, LLC

Warning!!, Do not enter into contract with this company. Do not give them your business. They do not work on your behalf, but they will promise you they will be able to include services and tasks in relationship with you, and not perform them up to standard. They will not inform you, or provide updates on your payors, or worklist tasks, and not attend to them. They are unresponsive. Once you pay them money for contract, they do not show up for appointments scheduled that they previously agreed to, nor services they had agreed to perform on your behalf. They use the BBB seal for their overhead, however. They don't appear accredited with the BBB. One department doesn't know what the other is doing. You will need to chase them to try and make contact and fulfill their contract tasks and responsibilities they agreed to. I was provided feedback from a credible company that the person assigned from the company never took action on worklists on my dashboard in my EHR, as was promised.Ideal Billing Services, LLC
