Im so grateful I found this credentialing company. I was tired of wasting valuable time chasing insurance companies, waiting on hold, and dealing with endless forms. I went to school to work with clientsnot to argue with insurance reps. **** team handled everythingfrom filling out paperwork to following up consistently. They kept me updated with a detailed progress spreadsheet, which really helped ease my mind. The whole process was smooth, efficient, and significantly reduced my stress. So far so good! ****** ****** was helpful in guiding me through the needed information in order to submit my application for ******** credentialing. He was responsive when I had questions. The process took 11 weeks which was within the window of time I expected. Next up, the billing department, so I'm hoping this goes just as smoothly.Ideal Billing Services, LLC

Warning!!, Do not enter into contract with this company. Do not give them your business. They do not work on your behalf, but they will promise you they will be able to include services and tasks in relationship with you, and not perform them up to standard. They will not inform you, or provide updates on your payors, or worklist tasks, and not attend to them. They are unresponsive. Once you pay them money for contract, they do not show up for appointments scheduled that they previously agreed to, nor services they had agreed to perform on your behalf. They use the BBB seal for their overhead, however. They don't appear accredited with the BBB. One department doesn't know what the other is doing. You will need to chase them to try and make contact and fulfill their contract tasks and responsibilities they agreed to. I was provided feedback from a credible company that the person assigned from the company never took action on worklists on my dashboard in my EHR, as was promised.Ideal Billing Services, LLC

Update to negative review I made on 11-08-2024. Immediately after the review I wrote on 11-08-24, I was contacted by the owner (Tim Fox) who gave no excuses for my bad experience, this was very encouraging to me. Instead, the owner just apologized and asked for an opportunity to "make the situation right." This response also earned my respect and kept my business. To rectify "the situation" the owner assigned someone else (Joseph Martin) to handle my account. My only regret now is that Joseph was not assigned to my account from the beginning. Joseph has been absolutely "amazing" and has made a tremendous amount of progress with my credentialing applications in a very short amount of time (one month). Joseph has done a phenomenal job of keeping me in the loop on the progress of my applications and requesting any necessary documents required to expedite the process. Although, as of the time of this review I have a few more applications that are pending I am confident and happy with the choice that I made to use Ideal Billing Services. Sincerely Dr. Devin L. I recently opened a PT practice and hired Ideal Billing services to do my credentialing. So far, I have been pleased with ******* responsiveness to all of my questions and giving me updates in an organized fashion. SCAM, They took all my information and I believed because they said they were verified with BBB. I paid them to become credentialed to a few insurance companies, Big mistake, after a few months went by I confirmed that they never submitted my credentialing application and they refused to return my money back. I reported them and am still awaiting to get reimbursed they used fake addresses. They are not responding to my emails. I was told that the 5 star retings could be people they know or part of the scam business.Ideal Billing Services, LLC
