  This company is criminal for sure. We didn't deserved to be towed, however, did pay without complaint to get our car back. When we got home and checked the receipt we saw that they charged us more than they should have since we paid cash and should not have been up charged a credit card fee. When we called to see if they would return that portion of the bill they yelled at us and said it is all part of the tow fees. They are the worst and absolutely should be investigated for forcing innocent people WAY overpay to get their car back.

  This company needs to be investigated.This company illegally tows cars to make a quick buck and then make it h*** to get it back.If I were you, I would file a law suit because they need to get put out of business for illegally towing vehicles.

  On September 21st, 2022, my partner and I were passing through ************** and decided to rest at a ******* for a few hours, like we have done all over the ** on long roadtrips. I guess we missed the only two signs in the parking lot about overnight parking. You can usually park over night at just about any ******* in the US, legally. At 1am we woke up to a tow truck starting to tow my partners vehicle. We talked to the tow truck driver and tried to get the vehicle dropped and pay him on the spot, but the driver rudely repeated that there was no overnight parking. Then continued to say the vehicle was abandoned, which it was clearly not as we were right there. The driver then speeded off at high speed through the ******* parking lot, hit a curb with my partners car in tow. We followed the driver so we could get her car back immediately, but the driver was driving 23 mph over the speed limit, and ran two stop light without even touching his breaks. We stopped because we were not going to run the stop lights.This morning (7 hours later) we went to pick up the vehicle and met with the same driver (apparently hes the business owner) the owner cussed me out in front of other angry customers, saying he would beat my ***, all for starting that he broke multiple laws right in front of us and was driving recklessly with a vehicle in tow. All of which I have on my dash cam, including my speed and showing him leaving us behind as if we were standing still.The owner charged my partner $350 for 7 hours of storage in his yard. That is positively not the cost for less than one day storage. A low life like this doesnt deserve to be in business.

  We have been fighting with this business for days. They towed our car Saturday night and then told us we could pick it up Sunday after 12:30. We showed up at 1:15 and the owner said they closed at 1. Wasnt told they are only open for 30minutes. We came the next morning to get our car and asked questions about the charges and get an itemized receipt. His reply was youre asking too many questions, and said he was not releasing our car. He then said he was closed for the holiday (state holiday) while we watched him release 3 other cars. He stated its his discretion. We contacted UDOT to compel him to release our car. Fees were excessive as he wouldnt release the car for days. Nothing but a bully with deceptive and predatory practices
