I was referred to ****************** and his team by my dentist to finish a root canal, as my dentist lost the file (the thing they put in the root to clean it) during the root canal apparently, its common. He assured me ****************** was great unfortunately, I found that he and the practice was not such. I went in the office thinking it would take about an hour, to an hour a half it took over three hours and he wasnt able to finish it because he was working on other patients throughout my appointment. Whats worse is that he was unable to get the foreign file out of the root but wanted to finish the root canal anyway. I declined and asked that he finish since that was the ENITRE reason I was referred, and he and his assistant said they would need to schedule another follow-up. Long story short, they did nothing! Adding injury to insult, they use instruments not covered by insurance so I was quoted about $560 but will end up paying nearly 600. I go on Thursday with the hope he can complete his job based on the entire reasoning I was referred to him. I called my dentist and advised him that I was not happy with the offices service (*** was less than friendly) and the dentist was subpar based on my experience. Thursday appointment: Thursday appointment: I arrived on 12/22/22 at 8:45, which was my appointment time but was kept waiting in the dentist chair for over ** minutes. At this point, my jaw is very sore from the prior, unsuccessful "work" ****************** attempted on the prior Monday. After almost an hour, he finally began working to remove the file from the root, to complete the root canal - He was very rough and ended up cracking my crown for #**, and did damage to the tooth (**) prior to it. I have a message into the dentist about the crack on #** I now noticed, as well as not being able to floss now This entire experience was horrific and I feel this office ******* and dimes it's patients while not taking care of them - it's not okay! .
