    I signed up with KvCore/Inside Real Estate (IRE) which provides a contact data base, website, and other options for real estate professionals. During the onboarding process I was told that I would be able to have a customizable website with my own images and content. I set up my website using IRE templates and discovered that I was not able to upload my own images except for the banner on the home page. The other pages were controlled by IRE and not editable. None of the default images represent my locale or clients and this does not allow me to have a unique website representative of my client base. I have a long string of emails from several months of correspondence with IRE support team members at different support levels. I have requested several times that my subscription be cancelled because the product does not meet my expectations. However, it is my perception that IRE does not play well with others. I have been shuffled around, misdirected and basically have been hoodwinked. It is nearly impossible from my view to connect with the right person to cancel my contract. The contract was for 14 months but I do not feel that the product described to me at onboarding is the same product being provided. I want IRE to cancel my contract which has several months remaining.

    I began a subscription for service on November 30, 2023
    It took 3 weeks after payment until I had access, or any mailings began taking place. (3 weeks = 5.7% of a year) of the $749 paid for the first month or service approximately $561.75 was wasted.
    I was patient and remained confident that I could trust Inside Real Estate to deliver service as promised in our agreement,
    Service began and a few weeks later the app stopped functioning. This has been documented through support chat and numerous emails.
    I spent hours with online chat and sending screenshots and screen recordings as requested by Inside Real Estate to assist in correcting the problem.
    The problem has reportedly been "escalated" but I have not been contacted, there has been no improvement and no follow up unless I have reached out.
    It is not going into the 11th week of the subscription and I have had functioning access for only 4 weeks. As of today the subscription has been active for 73 days and approximately only 28 of those days has the system worked or had access.
    4 of 11 weeks is 36% of the time that I have had the agreed upon service since I subscribed, while my payments have been 100% as agreed (3x $749 = $2,247)
    Inside Real Estate has done nothing to rectify the situation and has not demonstrated good faith in living up to the agreement.
    Inside Real Estate is in breach of contract.
    Please see the weekly report below that was sent to me this morning, it is proof in and of itself that the service has not been provided as agreed.
    I have spent too much time, out of the goodness of my heart, unfairly from Inside Real Estate to pursue any other course of action other than to demand that this "service" be ended immediately.
    There is no other acceptable resolution than the immediate termination of this "service"

    Left a Real Estate Brokerage in 2017 that used Kunversion (K+) as their platform. Because we helped the Brokerage with the implementation and some training, we were well versed with the system. So in 2017 we moved to a new Brokerage and decided to pay for Kunversion (K+) on our own. Until around 2020, we started noticing they were not updating the platform anymore and were forcing people to their new system KVCore. By comparison this system is supposed to be more advanced, but it actually the opposite. We started losing clients, leads, and lender partners after the switch in March 2022. After a year of nothing but problems and the answers were never their fault. Always everyone else and other systems involved, I began to see a pattern of lack of concern for issues, nor compassion for the situation at hand, no solutions or offered solutions, and soon a complete lack of support. Now I can't even get a live person on the phone to talk to, I have to leave a message and never get a return call. And if they happen to answer they are extremely rude. Hence why I want to break away from them. I started to work on this in mid November, and its Mid January and I have gotten nowhere. Nothing but stress. I was promised, from lucky conversation with Jeremy S***** (the person I always get referred to) that they would get me a cleaned up csv file with all our leads and info because the one I can download has an issue with it. Still nothing. Nothing but empty and broken promises. I have had enough. I feel that I and my current lender partner deserve better. Better respect. Better reception and return calls. Just better. I want the file I was promised, because this is holding me up from switching companies. So my solution is to reimburse me for January, reimburse my lender partner for January, and to give us February comped because at this point I cannot move to a new platform in time to meet the February 1st end date because they are holding me up from doing so.

    I have a contract for inside real estate to perform advertising to real estate clients through Facebook and google. These advertisements are supposed to bring buyers and sellers to my website that is also supplied by inside real estate. We are now going on 3 months of the website and my access being completely gone, but the monthly bill is still being drawn from my credit card. I’ve emailed almost daily to try to get this resolved, with no update and no end in sight.

    On October 30th or 31st, I sent an email and request through the Inside Real Estate contact page, to cancel my Inside Real Estate service, KVCore and instructed to cancel all future payments. A few days *****, I was charged. We reached back out to remedy, and confirm cancellation. A few weeks *****, we receive a call request to talk about why we want to cancel. And, they say we cannot cancel and have been renewed for a 6 month subscription. This was not the case, as I've had the service for years and was never in a 6 month subscription. The call came off very supsicious and sneaky, and bad business practice because somehow I was being told I couldn't cancel the service. This call was with a man by the name of "Jeremy S*****" phone number ###-###-####. He was supposed to call back. But offered no follow up and I found it unacceptable that there was no option or solutions offered during our call or after. I have reached out multiple times via text, and email, and now again in this month of December, I have been charged again for this service, and continue to reach out with no resolution. Attached is multiple proof of contacting the company with no response. This is a horrible situation and on top of that I've been informed that they resell your clients information and leads. I want no participation or subscription to this service, especially after seeing how they handle business and try to keep people locked in, making it extremely and unecessarily difficult to cancel their service by not responding and partaking in sneaky and misleading business practices.

    Inside Real Estate has not delivered as promised. I requested specific zip codes for use through the Smart Social marketing plan and was instead given one zip code that was not requested. Since October, I have been trying to get IRE to 'fix' my account, which to date has not occurred. I repeatedly asked for my account to be canceled, and they refuse. I have explained to IRE that they cannot have it both ways; take my money AND not deliver the product as promised. Customer Support also states that IRE emails all chats once closed. I have never received any to date. (11/22/23) and yes I checked spam. I requested that they be resent and they don't know how to do it. I have refused to pay anything further and now IRE is sending my account to collection, even though they haven't delivered. Funny, they don't know how to use a phone either!

    The Get Seller Leads is working as intended. Your zip codes are in, and the product targets a 15 mile radius around the areas you have requested.

    If you are not able to service areas within a 15 mile radius, we will offer moving to a product that may work better for your needs. Our team is on standby to help you with that.

    I am rejecting this response because: IRE has assigned 1 zip code and 1 area, not the 20+ zip codes I supplied to you and not the 2 areas promised. I do not wish to do business

    with you any longer. I have cancelled my subscription to kvCore as well. You have not delivered as promised and your 'team' took a month to try to fix it, and it is still not fixed. 

    IRE is not reliable. You will not be paid for something you haven't fulfilled.

    As stated the zip codes work within a 15 mile radius. If you'd like to alter zip codes you can do that. If you are choosing to move to another zip code, you can do that as well.

    The product contract is for 12 months. Please review your signed contract in the attachments

    Furthermore cancelling the account is not an option for you as you are a user of the platform, not the account owner for your brokerage.

    On October27th, i signed up with KVCore for them to help me with my real estate Platform. I spoke with a sale Rep name ***************************, who was on a zoom meeting with me. **** explained the services that KVcore provides. **** explained that my platform will set up immediately, and i will get a free month for the month of December. I signed a contract of$499 a month for 1 year subscription.Two weeks gone by and my platform still havenot been activated or launched. I called **** back wanting to cancel my membership becauseKvcore is not providing the service it promises. After 2 weeks, im still looking at a blank screen with no progress.At this time i just wanted my $250 activation fee refunded. **** put me on the ***** with *****, who is the supervisor for kvcore. ***** apologizes that it's taking longer than anticipated and promised to give me an additional month, and I wouldn't get charged until February.November 10th, 2023 , i got an invoiced and charged in my account $357.12 on my ***** Fargoaccount. at this time my KV core account still have not been activated. i did not give authorized for this transaction.I go on kvcore website and spoke with a specialist name *****. ***** said he would connect me with a supervisor to get try get my issue resolved.soon later i received a text message from *****, stating that i signed the contract and the $357.12 charge was for prorated for the month of November. I explained to ***** from our previous conversation, ***** told me i wouldn't get charge until February. In-addition my platform has not even launched or go live yet so how could they prorated with a service that hasn't been active. I haven'table to receive any types of service or benefit from KVcore and get charged another $357.12 *****, stated that i signed the contract so now nothing he could do about it.. I felt KVcore completely tricked me in signing a contract and not delivering their services. I called my bank soon after and tell my bank to dispute the transaction and put a stop payment on future transaction from KVcore. Jared ***** number ************ ****- ************ I never move forward or benefit from any services from KVcore.I just wanted my refund since i am not getting the services kvcore promises.

    Our implementations can take up to 21 business days as there are factors such as MLS approvals that require time.

    We did assign your account for cancellation, and let you out of your contract.

    There will be no additional payments due, however a refund is not possible.

    After signing a 1 year contract, 6 months into the term I have been calling to cancel or the contract, which they refuse and suggest to make changes to the account for better results, which we have been for more than 6 months after our initial inquiry to cancel. They did not delivered as promised. And even though I tried canceling several times they went ahead and auto renewed my contract for another year without my authorization. And then they updated their terms on the website to put a clause to cover their themselves.
    They expect to continue to pay for another year without us using the stupid service.

    I got into an agreeement contract doesn’t reflect what was promised the discount and credit for marketing etc when I told them during contract being singers I was told he will email me what he discounted in writing as he is a senior sales person it will be valid although contract doesn’t reflect those agreed amounts he has sent me in writing but not in contract . I selected upgraded service some lady emailed me scheduled me meeting for week to ten days later to set me up for my idx access transfer to new site. I told her my website is not up you need to set that first she told me first they set the six access I said to where there is no active website . Initially they charged me full set up fee then cause I checked my bank account I saw that and discounted it and they credited the half. I’m a busy person I can not track every step they do I’m a busy person seems to me already anything done I had to correct I no longer wish to go with the service therefore requested full refund. I have received half . I have not received remaining which was paid for. I have not received response to my cancellation request . They have my credit card info now they will bill me for something I’m not even using therefore I’m contacting you I want full cancellation full refund of what was taken and I don’t want no more payments taken either

    There was definitely some misunderstanding. When you pointed out the billing error, the sales executive assisting you immediately reached out to billing to rectify the issue. He notified you of this on the phone and in writing.

    The team worked with you in getting your account set up and ready to go, including ensuring that your site was set up for Turkish translation. 

    You had mentioned that you did not realize that setting up this system would take time. Unfortunately, there are situations beyond our control (i.e. MLS approvals) that do take time. You also mentioned to the sales rep, that you did not realize that you would have to fill out so many forms, and believed these would be done for you. There are details that we require from our clients to ensure that the system is set up properly and to their expectations. 

    At this point, a refund for the implementation process cannot be completed as their were substantial services rendered. However, as a show of good faith we did void your contract.

    In May of 2023 I released a team member and I logged into my KV Core account to remove the agent. In doing so I was prompted by the KV Core to select what to do with that agents database and I selected the option to reassign that agents database to myself (one of the options presented to me by KV Core). Once I completed that task the agent was deleted but the agents database did not get reassigned to me.The next day I checked my KV Core to see if any of those reassigned leads had come in and they had not.I waited for another day and on the 3rd day I connected with chat support. I was working with chat support but they could not find the deleted agents database so after an hour they told me they would elevate the situation. After a few days I reached out to tech support repeatedly but no one responded. I was being ignored and meanwhile that lost database was going unworked and unnurtured. I was losing money because they lost my database. I reached out to my Account Manager, Catherine P****, and she put me in touch with Ashley M****, whom was very helpful getting me in contact with Jeremy from the loyalty team after I told Ashley what happened and demanded to cancel my contract due to my database being lost by the KV Core platform. Jeremy asked for 48 hours to review and he'd have a resolution. I didn't hear from Jeremy until 168 hours later and he said my request to cancel was denied because the leads disappeared due to the settings I had on my account. I asked him for the proof that my settings caused all of those leads to "disappear", all the leads were not set to private, and he didn't have any and is now ignoring me. I did what the KV Core platform asked me to do and it deleted an entire database and it has never been recovered. I asked for his boss and he said he is the quality director so he doesn't have a boss. Plain and simple KV Core's platform deleted an agents database and has harmed me financially with the loss of future business from those leads.

    We understand how frustrating this may seem. Yes, we have privacy settings in place for agents who can control the ownership of their own leads. In this case, the deleted agent in question retained ownership of their leads. Subsequently when that agent is deleted, their leads will go with them.

    The only option here would have been for the agent to turn lead privacy off, give permission for you to have those leads, and then when those leads are within your ownership, then delete the agent. 

    In our trainings and in our support articles (*************************************************************************************************************) we give detailed instruction on this type of ownership.

    While we can't restore data that belongs to an agent that is no longer on your team, we can work with you in ensuring that this issue does not happen again. Please feel free to reach out to the account management team at *****************************, and ensure that your privacy settings are off. We would recommend letting your agents know that you are doing this, and the reason why prior to consulting with the account management team.
