    Poor quality, regret buying 2 of them!!! Took the removable covers off and the zippers broke and the mattresses declined since, have only had them for 5 years...DO NOT BUY LUCID MATTRESSES!!! WARRANTY IS A JOKE, IF YOU CAN EVEN CONTACT THEM!!!

    Received a mattress from Lucid Mattress with the mattress hanging out of their shipping packaging. I told the delivery driver to take it back, and he walked away yelling back at me check it!After letting the mattress fully expand, the coils have been jeopardized and is completely lumpy, and uncomfortable. When replying to my email to Lucid about what happened, they said we are not responsible for how the items are delivered With no resolution.. worst purchase experience of my life. I will never be buying from them again..

    After six years my mattress started shedding glass fibers. We did not know this at first. Me and my wife wer getting rashes and bumps with horrible itching. Thinking it was dust or something else deep cleaned our bedroom and bought new linens but this did not work. Unfortunately, we removed the outer cover and washed it. That's whenthings got really bad. The fibers are now throughout the house. When I contacted Lucid they wanted pictures that were sent. Of course, there is nothing you can see in the photo of the mattrtess. They told us there is nothing wrong with the mattress and that we have a dust problem that can be easily fixed by vacuuming and replacing a furnace filter. The response is totally inadequate and demeaning. They do not have people who you can talk to. You basically get one email per day from them. Anyone reading this should be very very weary of this company.

    There is no phone number. They do not answer their emails or contact form. Complete and utter sham, sells defective mattresses, and you are then "STUCK."DO NOT BUY LUCID!!!!

    The product I received is not as described. Perhaps its defective. The website makes it seem easy if you are not happy with your purchase. I have submitted email making a request for an exchange. The communication is very slow and only be email. I dont recommend buying from Lucid. They have no phone number for customer resolution. **************** lacks greatly. I purchased a king size bed that is not measuring the size I ordered.

    I have purchased the Lucid Mattress in the Cal King ***** After 2 years I just can't take the crappy product anymore. When laying in the mattress I fold up like a taco. It is hard to get out of the bed in the morning, my deep sided sheets still come untucked. I have written them to complain. I sent the photos of my mattress and what it is doing. I informed them ahead of time that there is a small sweat stain on the cover. October 11th, 2023.Thank you for getting us these additional pictures. We can see that there is damage to the mattress (staining), and once that damage occurs it causes the foam to break down and no longer work the way it's intended to. All mattresses will experience some changes in the way they feel over time with use but the moisture will expedite those changes and that is why it voids the warranty.********** Lucid Mattress Customer Experience Here is another one: We can certainly understand your frustration. Being told that something isn't going to be covered under a warranty is not what anyone wants to hear. However, with the pictures provided, we can see that there is damage to the mattress (staining), and once that damage occurs it causes the foam to break down and no longer work the way it's intended to. All mattresses will experience some changes in the way they feel over time with use but the moisture will expedite those changes and that is why it voids the warranty. We are going above and beyond what most other companies will do in these situations and offering you that discount to go towards a new mattress. We would strongly encourage the use of a mattress protector once you do purchase a new bed to help protect that investment. In regards to any other mattresses of ours that you may have experienced any issues with we are more than happy to review those as well.     Purchased l600 bed frame. Had questions about the assembly. This company has no one human to speak with. They refused to provide me a telephone contact. All inquiry's must be done by email with a stated 3-5 response time. The contact number listed at BBB, well call that number and a machine says you have to send an email. Parent company is ******, they don't have phone number either. I will never again purchase a product from a company that disrespects its customer by not proving adequate customer service. Suggest everyone boycott same.
