    This business has been an absolute nightmare to work with.Because of limited space, I'll have to summarize, but please understand that there is plenty I'm leaving out.1. I was told we'd get an estimate by the technician.2. He came out quickly (that's a plus for them 1 star) and immediately went to work without providing an estimate like he was supposed to 3. He handed my wife, who was dealing with a crying baby, a $310 charge for literally 2 minutes of work. Specifically, he drilled the doorknob so we could enter the room and left without replacing the doorknob which would have cost an additional $120 4. My scam alert was going off after talking to my wife and I talked to other companies who said they'd have done everything for $130-180 depending on the doorknob we wanted.5. I called the company to see if we could fix this situation and they agreed to charge us $200 and replace the doorknob as well.6. Technician asked for a picture of the doorknob, so he could replace it properly 7. He arrived the next day to replace the doorknob and installed the wrong type of doorknob (circular instead of oval shaped and a key lock for an interior door)8. He also damaged the actual door while installing the doorknob incorrectly and removed the plate from the frame so the door would "work"9. He then informed us that what we understood was the deal wasn't and that they'd give us the doorknob for free or they'd drop the cost we paid to $200 10. I called the company and asked to talk to a supervisor directly and for them not to send the technician to our house ever again 11. Supervisor wasn't available so I gave them until noon the following day to call us back to try to come to some kind of an agreement 12. They never called us back 13. I disputed the charge 14. I can't find their ****** presence anymore (or even ********), so I can't review them there.15. I'm reviewing them here because it's the best chance I have to warn others 16. ***** this company like black death
