    My complaint consist of ordering GP1 medication which was listed for covering for 2.5 months I paid $329 for the period using the Klarna app to pay installments. When I received my medication it came in a viral which had only a few drops in it. This was not enough to fill the period of me taking the medicine. I called the pharmacy Empower which Bliv deals with a long with Bliv to inform them of the problem. Both parties told me I had enough to cover and to fill up the medicine into the syringe which I was not able to do because of having no more than having a few drops. The first month I was to inject 5 units, second month 10 units and third month for half the month 20 units. Again I could not do that do to not having any medicine to withdraw from the bottle. I even took pictures and sent to them. I have asked for help or refund my money and they have refused.

The customer ordered the 2.5-month starter vial, and we have verified that this vial contains enough medication to cover the specified period. The vial provided was sent as per the customer’s order, and it is designed to provide the appropriate amount of medication for the prescribed dosage.

    Regarding the customer's claim of not having enough medication, we want to emphasize that the vial was filled to the appropriate amount and was confirmed as correct. The issue mentioned seems to be related to how the medication was being used or administered. We are sorry if there was any confusion about the application of the medication, and we would be happy to provide further clarification if needed.

    As per our policy, once the product has been shipped, we are unable to offer refunds, as the transaction and delivery were completed as agreed. We understand that the customer is frustrated, but we have provided the correct product as ordered and explained our policies clearly throughout the process.

    On 4/2/25 I placed an order for a medication. I was told the processing time typically takes 7 days and to reach out to the company if I had not received any update on my purchase. I reached out on 4/9 and was told that the medication was at the pharmacy in process. I have subsequently reached out daily and have been getting the same AI generated response. It has been 20 days and I have still not received my product, nor have I been able to speak to an actual person. I email and still receive the same generated response. I call and its an automated line. I have reached out to the pharmacy to no avail. 4/23/25 I continue to reach out to this company as well as the pharmacy and still nothing. I want my money back.

I want to clarify that we have been in consistent email communication with you and have explained that the pharmacy has experienced delays due to the influx of GLP-1 orders. Unfortunately, these delays are out of our control, but we have been providing updates as we receive them.
    Regarding the cancellation and refund policy, we have been clear in stating that once the medication has been ordered, we are unable to cancel or issue a refund. This policy ensures that we maintain a fair process for all customers.
