    Scam I filed a dispute because I paid through affirm I have no problem paying for anything I get and use they sent the wrong dosage and not enough meds and needles for three months every time I tried to call and reach out just got the robots no real person tried to call the healthcare person that called and she blocked my number if you go to the fb web site you will see where they have filtered out most of the negative comments about scamming people and now Im going to file another dispute because I still have everything that was sent and couldnt use and what ever they told affirm they still wants to charge me ONCE AGAIN I DONT MIND PAYING FOR ANYTHING THAY IS RIGHT AND I USE but in this case they should not be able to keep doing this to people

    I got scammed by Bliv horrible and unethical I purchased the three month starter $600.00 and received one month, when I tried to contact for a refill , no response, I emailed them probably 15 times and texted and called 20 times!How is this legal? its extortion and thief and unethical , you are prescribed a medication from a supposed doctor and then can't get a refill, again how legal is that?THIS IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY THAT SCAMS PEOPLE FOR MONEY

    I paid through CareCredit for three months of semiglutide I have repeatedly called them. I have not received an email or my product yet. I have been waiting for them to answer my text or even my phone call messages but have gotten nothing. This is a very bad company and I didn't realize it and nowadays nobody can afford money on a bad company. I hope that anybody who resist does not go with this company. They are very very bad. I want my money back. I want a full refund and an apology.

    HI. I was scammed by BLIV Wellness. I paid $2236.00 upfront for a 6 month supply of Terzepizide thru Care Credit, but they only gave me a 4 month supply. I have a "letter of proof" from BLIV stating I paid for a 6 month supply of Terzepizide. Due to BLIV was emailing me in Dec. 2024 stating I needed to pay for another 3 months, when I paid for a 6 month supply. I had to send BLIV a text of the $2236.00 from Care Credit so then they believed me. Also a ton of text messages about this contract from Clint/CEO. BLIV is saying I contracted for Semaglutide, but on the second refill, BLIV started sending Terzepizide. BLIV said it was {their} mistake. Yet I kept receiving Terzepizide on the 3rd and 4th refill. I have requested a copy of the Contract, but never received it in writing about their pricing which should be available to the consumer. No receipt from them. After requesting my 5th refill on Jan.1,2025 is when Clint/BLIV states I only paid for 4 months supply because I kept requesting Terzepizide instead of Semiglutide. Again, I never asked for Terzepizide. It was their mistake, which was never fixed on their end. So if I paid $2236.00 for 4 months of terzepizide, It comes to $559.00 per month X 4 months. Very expensive! They will not show me specific proof of payments for each month that I repeatedly asked for. At 6 months, payments are at $372.00 per month. I was given NO warning about any of their errors until I requested my 5th refill. BLIV told me if I wanted to refill my 5th and 6th refill for Semaglutide, I would need to pay $238.00 plus I still have a $61.00 credit that will apply. When I asked why BLIV changed the medicine on 10-21-2024, Paige Erickson, APRN. said in order to comply with the FDA, that is why BLIV changed my meds. I expect a full refund for dis-honoring a 6 month Contract that was both agreed to, after 4 months of $2236.00 with no written notice of any changes. I have now been out of medicine that I should of been taking!

    I would love to hear from others that got scammed under Bliv. This company needs to be exposed with not honoring a binding contract and I will pursue this company to the highest level. Please email me personally at ************************* Class action lawsuit is coming. I'm going to file a complaint as well.

    BLIV (telehealth) uses used car strong salesman approach to get people to sign up. I fell victim. The CEO, ***** ***** actually texted me (I have receipts) on this type of bullying. Well honor the price seen on social media, but you must sign up for 6 months now. The man I was speaking with on phone smoothed out my confusion and concern. (Think good cop/bad cop). Fast forward and I asked for a hold or postpone to my following month. All communication, aside from first telephone call with sales, was via text (again, I have receipts). He threatened to send me to collections (I am current and just today received meds!!). It was only AFTER I said I was going to complain to pharmacy, BBB & social media & governing Board that oversee telehealth did he become nice. Too late. I now no longer feel safe with his company and MY HEALTH! Be warned. I was told by the compound pharmacy that they may drop BLIV bc Im not the first with this type of complaint. Healthcare is serious and not for fly-by-night greedy people out for a fast ***** Do NOT consider this company.
