      My wife and I had a horrible experience with them. Salesman was pushy. He came to our door and we had an ant problem so I heard him out. It sounded like it was worth a try so I started signing up and entered my credit card information. Then he finally decides to tell me it's a 2 year contract. I should have stopped then, but I gave in and finished signing up. Our first spray was fine. The salesman had told me that if I still had ants after two weeks to call and they would spray again. The ants didn't go away so we called to schedule another spray only no one ever showed up. I called the next day and they said a "do not service" note was added to our appointment. No one at the company has any idea how it got there. The next available appointment they has was another 2 weeks out. At this point I was tired of waiting so I put out some traps and that fixed the problem. I called to cancel and told them I wanted the cancellation fee dismissed or reduced because their service and product did not work as explained. They refused to do anything about it, claiming no one had the authority to do it or the system wouldn't let them. I asked to talk with someone who had that authority and they said there was no one else I could talk to. After a heated back and forth conversation they still refused to do anything and eventually hung up. It was so infuriating because apparently they don't have to hold up their end of the service agreement, yet they can charge me the cancellation fee. I will never do business with the company again.

      Their sales people are extremely rude and aggressive. Had one show up to my house. I didn't answer the door the first time. He came back a couple of hours later and pounded on the door. I told him through the doorbell to leave. He still wouldn't leave so I cracked open the door, told him I wasn't interested and quickly shut it again. He stood right at the door and screamed through it. He then came back AGAIN three hours later. My husband answered the door. The sales guy had his face in the crack of the door and was practically forcing his way inside. I finally got angry told him I'd already told him to go away and if he came back again I would call the police for harassment. He laughed in my face. Based on ****** and ******** reviews describing this same behavior that go back at least nine months to a year, this is how the company is training their salespeople to behave. Shameful.

      Product does not work. There team is very unresponsive. They will lock you into a contract and charge ridiculous fees to cancel.

      They told me they could take care of the wasp problem at my house I had just moved into. Not even a week after the first time they sprayed I was attacked by wasps coming out my front door and hospitalized for a few days. I called and told them and they person they send just walked around my house and didn't spray anything. Resulting in me being attacked a couple of weeks later and sent to *** because the reaction was so much worse they second time I had to have a breathing tube put in or I would have died!!!! I called and complained and they told me my VIDEO CAMERA are fake and I was laying and I needed to pay "or else". I'm planning to sue them for criminal neglect since there workers put my life in danger, for braking the contact since I have a mountain of proof including videos and texts call recording showing them not doing there job and don't care about hurting people, for braking detters laws since they are contacting me 4-5 am and ***** pm at night. These people screwed me and so many so I'm making my personal mission to get there higher *** in jail for scamming people and get them shut down and make sure I and the meny others get the justice we deserve!!!

      These people are thieves! And even worse pray on the elderly! Greenline Pest Solutions is a total scam! Currently moving forward with several lawsuits.

      I was told this would be a ONE year contract NOT 2. Aggressive and pushy sales people. I closed my account and they want to charge me $279. The sales ****** scrolled down his little pad and forced me to sign saying it would be for ONE year NOT two. Now they are saying they will send to collections if I don't pay. Based on these reviews I see I am not the first ****** they have scammed. I will be disputing and sharing my story with all bureaus when they send to collections. Unfair practices and liars.

      My mother is 87 years old. I currently manage her finances. My mother does not remember details, and does access her email, but Greenline apparently obtained a two year contract from my mother for all encompassing pesticide services. My mother only needs services to address grasshoppers. Talking to Greenline on 10/24/24 we were unable to resolve this contract that my mom would not have made if she was of a more clear mind. My mother has been charged $279 for cancelling the two year agreement made on 8/19/24 after having paid the monthly charge of $110 for August, September and October, for a total of $330. I am concerned of the business practises of Greenline when dealing with senior citizens and for this reason would not recommend this company to others, especially senior citizens.

      Greenline Pest Control stated that they would be doing a quarterly service at my home for the pests that I have had, spiders (black widows and garden), ants and box elder beetles (Side Note: I did have another pests control servicing my property for years that did keep the problem down but did not eradicate the problem. Regret changing)Green line came out for their first service. About 2 weeks later I had grasshoppers, tarantulas, cat-faced spiders, centipedes and earwigs coming in, all of which I have never had a problem with in the 20 years at this property. Still had the usual spiders and ants. The box elder beetles were still around but not to a troublesome stage.I called Greenline and explained the problem. They said they would be out the following week for "a touch up service", 3 months later still did not show up. I called to cancel their services (which ended up just lip service) they still charged me cancellation fee of nearly $300.All in toll, the ONE "service" that made the problem much worse cost over $500.

      The salesman lied to me and by the time the first service was done the three days cancelation was up. When I called customer service they confirmed that the salesman don't know what they are talking about. Maybe give them some training unless they are doing exactly what you want them to do. When the first application did not work I called and was told that it would take a few weeks. Some BS about an incubation period. They came a second time and I do not see that it's any better rather I have more wasp nests than before and in the same spots where I was told some c*** about pheremones and they won't rebuild where they spray. I guess I'm still in that incubation period? I wish I would have checked reviews as they all repeat my experience. I've had better luck with do it yourself products from the hardware store and they don't have a "incubation period"
