      Not a honest ************ to agree with the request to cancel before 24 hours. And they charge me $279 cancelation fee they fail to acknowledge I requested the cancelation several times the same day. Long story short They did not complain with the 3 day cancelation that the company has The action from this company is more like scam company stay away from this company

      Hello *****, Thank you for helping us with your valuable feedback. After reviewing your account, I can see that your contract is for a quarterly service (every three months). Unfortunately, we do not offer a monthly service because our products only need to be renewed every 90 days. Monthly services would saturate your home with too much product. We do have a bi-monthly service available, if you are interested. However, all of our services are billed monthly to make them more affordable for our customers.       We had a problem with wasps and after 3 weeks of treatment, the wasp problem doubled. We have been in this house for 16 years and it wasn't until now that anyone has been stung. We canceled the contract. I have done better taking care of the problem myself.

      I had Green line Pest Control spray my exterior of my home for wasps and granules for my ant problem They was supposed to come back that following Monday and spray my eves on my home. they never came back. They did not call me or text me or even send me an email stating that they were not coming. So, I contacted the company that Friday 7/26/2024 and said I was not satisfied, and I wanted to cancel my agreement. They told me i cannot cancel I had three days to cancel. I explained the situation that the technician never showed up that Monday and the chemicals didnt do any good. We were getting stung with the wasp.They told me to go to the hardware store and by spray to take care of the wasp. I said why should I have to buy spray when your chemicals are supposed to take of the problem. So they said I can cancel but I will have to still pay $279.00 I am not happy with this company at all. I feel that they should make their customers satisfied .I signed up with them 7/27/2024 I feel that they took advantage of us!

      Aggressive salesmen Pressured into signing a contract. Big regret after telling me the contract is for one year. Felt like I was signing my life away. I will be moving but if its not into a house I will be forced to cancel their services. Definitely took advantage. Never making that mistake again

      ******** came and knocked on my door. I opened the door and once I saw he was with Greenline Pest and an obvious salesperson I pointed to the NO SOLICITING sign on my screen door. He proceeded to ask me if my name was ***** (it is). I once again pointed out my NO SOLICITING and declared "No Soliciting". This occured two more times before he left (I did not confirm my name with him).

      Beware of Greenline Pest. DO NOT USE. You cancel their service in October in writing, and then come ******** they still bill you at their new higher rate, even though they never even treated your home for pest service. Then, if you have any fees for that fraudulent charge, they wont pay you back for those either. They lie, they steal, and they are impossible to get ahold of anyone. Stay away from Greenline Pest and save yourself the migraine of dealing with this company.

      this business has had a sales man come to my door twice now, we have a huge no soliciting sign and he had my wife standing out front with grocerys getting warm in the car so he can ignore that she said not interested. so i had to come out and demand he leave and still proceeded to try and give my wife a speal. NOT OK NOT PROFESSIONAL AND MOST OF ALL DISRESPECTFULL
