1 starThis company doesnt keep appointments. They cancel the one you have made and make a new one for you without seeing of it fits in your schedule. When you call to change it to a time that works for you, they dont even come to the appt time you have set and charge you anyway even when you are not home. By me not being home they could only do 1/3 of the work but I still got charged full price. When I called to complain they were not helpful.Review fromRobert B

1 starCancellation process is ridiculous. The contract requires written cancellation. We provided written cancelation and continued to receive numerous phone calls and emails. Despite the contract requiring written cancellation they would not accept cancellation and we had to have a lengthy call to cancel. This company is nothing but lies!!! Good luck getting anyone on the phone if youre already trapped with them. Signed a 12 month contract now theyre saying I agreed to a 24 month extension. I, under no circumstances have signed or agreed to this. It has to be illegal.

The guy that came to my door said they would come monthly and that it was super easy to schedule each month by going online. I signed up and was put into a 12 month contract. He did my first service that day.I was trying to schedule my next service about 3 weeks later and it wasn't giving me any dates until 3 months out. I called and they said they only do service 4 times a year (quarterly) but I still have to pay monthly.I asked to cancel and told them that the guy that signed me up lied to me, and had I known it was quarterly I would not have signed up.They said because I was in a contract I could not cancel, but I told them that contract should be null and void since the guy got me to sign up by lying to me. I told them I even had proof on my ring camera. They still wouldn't let me cancel.I called 5 more times with constant issues. They never once showed up for scheduled appts and I had to call and place a "warranty appointment", but they were booked out a month.The spray also never worked and I never saw improvements in pest activity. Every time I called I would ask to cancel again and would list all the reasons. They always said no, but said that once my contract ended it would be ************** forward to month 13, I was charged again.I called to ask why and asked them to please refund that and make sure my account was cancelled.The lady told me that I was supposed to call between April 23 and May 20 to cancel and that since I didn't call within that 27 days window that I was entered into a new contract!I told her to look at my account history and see that I asked to cancel multiple times. She saw those conversations on her end but said I didn't cancel within the April to May window so it renewed. She also said that she couldn't refund the new charge because it was a "valid transaction". She refused to let me cancel and was very rude during the entire phone call.I had to call my bank to dispute it and put a stop payment.Hawx Services, LLC

Be warned. Please DO NOT engage with this company! Im still trying to cancel the automated payments on a property I dont own anymore. This company is very dishonest and their customer service support team is horrible. I will NEVER do business with them ever again. Theyre just a bunch of crooks!Hawx Services, LLC

1 starThey bill you each month for a quarterly service, but don't come out for 4-5 months. Have called to cancel multiple times and with promises of doing better, I stayed. I feel like the contract was already breached by them numerous times, billing me on time each month, but then just randomly coming out, no scheduled appt, just show up to spend five minutes outside. I am being ripped off and when I said I wanted to cancel, they charged me the early termination fee. I gave them 3 YEARS to do better. And then they breach the contract of not doing the contracted quarterly service but I still have to pay? Bad business practice, very disappointed. My wife was rushed into signing this while heading out the door to the hospital to deliver our baby. We were mislead and could not get anyone to come out after the first spray did nothing. Now we have $400 in cancellation fees for two contracts that we were told would have no charge to cancel. Very disappointed.Hawx Services, LLC

I canceled my services in March and i am still being charged, i called and the manager said it was only for the rodent service, i told the lady i am moving and i need all the services canceled, she said okay and if i still wanted to keep services to call her number. Because the notes werent imputed correctly it is now falling back on me. I am having to call and cancel AGAIN but the manager is refusing to refund me.Hawx Services, LLC
