      I ordered Raptor lights for my 2024 4Runner TRD PRO from 4Runner Lifestyle.VERY DISAPPOINTED with this business because:-there was ZERO verbal tech support...only texting (worthless!)-wiring harness they sent me was TOO SHORT to access fusebox within cab -install videos on their website DID NOT support my late model 5th gen ******************************* absolutely worthless -I spent 2+ hours of my own time calling ****** dealers + viewing multiple ******* videos in order to learn how to SAFELY hook up to power at fusebox under hood -NEVER did these bozos give me a phone call or give access to anyone with tech knowledge -my interpretation: very young people located remotely pedaling cheap Chinese products -will NEVER shop with 4Runner Lifestyle again

      ****** was extremely responsive when I had a wiring question for some raptor lights I purchased from them, his technical advice fixed my issue. Their products are of high quality and have shipped immediately upon placing an order. I would highly recommend 4 runner lifestyle for any products you may be considering, I will certainly be placing future orders!**********

      I have ordered from this company 12 times. Each time has been great. They are local as well which is a plus. I had a few issues with them but the customer service helped and got it resolved shortly. I will continue ordering from them. I have been to their warehouse as well. I am impressed with the company and the rigs out front.

      I paid full price for a set of tail lights through this company and I received an open box product that was damaged about 3 weeks after placing my order . I believe I was waiting for them to receive this other customers return so they could send them to me . The box also had another customers name , phone number and address on the box with the word return written all over the box. they said theyd send me new ones but over a month later i still havent received the new tail lights. Their reason for it taking over a month to receive the replacements is that theyre out of stock now . If you go to the website the tail lights are still in stock. Untrustworthy company.

      I ordered a number of lights for a 4runner I was slated to purchase. The sale fell through and I was no longer in need of them. I sent them back in the original packaging as their policy requires to get a full refund. Upon inspection of said items, they're now telling me something is scratched and cannot be refunded for full value due to "attempted installation". I never even took them out of the box nor do I have a 4runner to try and install them on. I'm being told I can be given a partial refund. These people are clearly out to rob you of your hard earned money and blame the customer for damaged goods when they're the ones sending them out in this condition! Buyers beware! I'd look elsewhere, personally. This is not an honest business and their priority clearly isn't the customer.

      Ordered Raptor ************* was a problem with one of the lights in the set of 2. They promptly responded to my email and sent a new set. Happy with the purchase and the customer service.

      I returned a set of headlights to 4Runner Lifestyle, they confirmed to have received them yet they have not refunded my purchase. This business is a scam, untrustworthy customer service.

      Placed an order with 4Runner lifestyle. Their system sent it to a previous address. I asked them 3 days before it was shipped to send to the right address, but they stalled and ultimately refused to help me. My old apartment complex returned the package to 4Runner lifestyle FED-EX confirms DEC 2022 mid day a ******************* at 4Runner lifestyle signed for it. I email once again to find out if they had received and I was lied to by ******, saying they hadnt. I want my ****** refunded
