    AC tech ********* was professional, on-time, teaches some practical advice on maximizing longevity of my system, not any pressure or problems. Over the years since 2017 ******* has installed my tankless water heater, furnace, AC, and disposal. They stand behind everything they install and have taken care of things so reliably. I wish I could go back in time before 2017 to previous homes Ive lived in so I could use ******* for everything there too.

    Great service and very thorough in the inspection. We had both the ** tuned up and and the furnace tuned up. The rep was very respectful, friendly, and focused on getting the job done.

    **** from any hour services is awesome! He is professional, personable and friendly as can be. He answered all my questions so that I could understand what was going on and he told me everything that he was going to do. He gave me many options that I could choose from and did what I chose. There was no high pressure sales going on. Just good customer service!

    I've had good luck with Any Hour - mainly in clearing drains. One time they spent the day getting my AC unit operating and it has been great ever since. I've enjoyed each 'technician' who has come to service something in my house. My only complaint (though not this time) is that they want to give you some options that are much more expensive than what I wanted them to do. If you stick to the service you want, they have great specials and get the job done quickly.

    I had Any Hour came and assessed my water heater pilot light situation, to discovered that the type of water heater I had the manufacture warranty expired last year and the component needing to be replaced were obsolete and through the conversation with Simeon (who was very good and thorough), we went over different options and at the end I ended replacing the water heater because the amount and time to try and trouble shoot the problem wasn't assuring that will solve the problem that I had experienced (Bad thermopile burner). Simeon was very pleasant; proactive (try to think ahead of questions that I may be asking) and some of the questions asked were pretty technical because I like to learn and understand the necessity to replaced something or even to "recaliberate" the "bladder". i also, like the fact that Simeon was very efficient and spent his time wisely. He installed my new water heater in about 3 hours time, cleaned up, and even bring items that were improperly installed to code. He ensured to cover my brand new carpet when he took out the old tank and components, I would not hesitate to recommend Any Hour and especially Simeon. In addition, Simeon was very contentious of my time as I work remotely. I also had them came out last winter to tune up my furnace which I had a good experience too.I had a good experience and I hope many will too in the future!
