  Tali came to our home to complete the ********* .we were highly impressed with his technical and communication skills to address our queries . He spent time explaining what he is planning to do and in the end gave an assessment of what needs to be done to keep the unit in good working condition . Would definitely call Any Hour for any HVAC work in future.

  The serviceman that came to our house was prompt, friendly and was able to clearly explain the situation and what needed to be done. We would use Any Hour again when we need plumbing work done.

  Any hour ripped off my elderly parents a couple of years ago. I thought it may have been a fluke, but recently realized that this is NOT the case. My coworker had Any Hour quote a water heater replacement. For reference, the water heater at ********** cost $789. The quote from Any Hour was for ..... $5,558!!! Such a rip off!! I would stay away from them and will never recommend them. My parents will also never use them again either.

  **************** came out in April 2022 at 10:45pm since I did not want to be put off anymore. He assessed the drain as he flirted with me asking if I had children or was married. He gave me his personal cell phone but now will not be civil and speak with me or call me back to at least discuss this. He got his snake machine from the truck and later asked why he could not come through the front door-since he said he is a 'Curious Person' and wanted to see the rest of my house. He used a tablet and did not give me a tangible invoice. (I hate that). He verbally told me that there is a 1 year guarantee but now will not honor it. I should have had him write down his guarantee on paper I had and sign it to prove his verbal guarantee. He is dishonest and nosey. The company will not work with me either so I would NEVER RECOMMEND them to anyone.

  *********************** was great! Has a lovely personable demeanor. Showed up perfectly on time, answered all my questions throughly, and got the job done way faster than I expected. If I ever need anything done again, I know exactly where I will call for service. Thanks very much!

  I called any hour for what I thought was an electrical issue. They came out and looked over what I thought was the problem. The representative found the actual problem was a plumbing problem and not an electrical problem. He rescheduled an appointment at no cost for the current appointment and then went through a few things at my house that I should probably update. He looked at my heating vents in my AC unit and a couple of things before he left. The following day a different representative came to my house to fix the plumbing issue. He show me where the leak was why it was leaking and explain what he was going to do. He was accurate on the leak what time it would take to fix a leak and had given me the cost breakdown before he did any work. I continue to go and work with any hour Because theyre always consistent and awesome!

  My air conditioning went out on Thursday, during the July heat wave, and right before the 107 record-setting temperature. As it was in the evening, I contacted another company who offered after-hours work. a technician came, but after an hour I was left with a still non-functioning system and an offer to replace the whole thing for around $13,000! On Monday morning I called Any Hour Services at 7:00, and they sent a technician, ******* who arrived at my house at 10:50 am! He worked hard to diagnose the problem, which included having to replace a transformer AND to fix the backwards wiring done by the previous company which had caused the transformer to short out! ****** was very knowledgeable, he listened carefully, and kept me informed through the whole process. I was SO pleased with his work, especially now that the air conditioning is working and my house is no longer sweltering in the still-present heat. I will NEVER call on any other HVAC company again--not when I have been so well served by Any Hour Services.

  I have had an incredible experience with ***************** on my weeks long issues with my furnace. He figured it out when nobody else could. He was beyond professional and beyond knowledgeable and a pleasure during our month long relationship.***************************** came through with a massive cleaning of our kitchen laundry line. Excellent to work with, completely professional, extremely knowledgeable. I recommend Any Hour. They were very, very good.
