I would recommend this company to everyone! Their customer ********************** is top notch along with their products. I installed a 25 flag pole & have the upgraded flag flying high. I cant wait to set up my Christmas Tree lights that I also purchased.Old Glory Flagpole

Great company with 100% product backing. I had a minor problem with one of the sections upon delivery, I emailed "Service first" with a picture and they shipped me a NEW kit that night. I highly recommend Service first.Old Glory Flagpole

This is the first flag out of many that weve purchased in the past, that is absolute quality. Our Orion model is very solid and very easy to assemble and install. When you take it out of the box you immediately know this is the real deal. The flag that comes with it is extremely durable and will last for several years easily. I ordered the 1776 Edition 25 telescoping flagpole, the design was pretty cool. After having the pole up for 3 days the design started peeling off. I didnt realize this was a decal til it flaked off. I emailed Service First, they replied back the next day which was a holiday. They said there was a manufacturing issue and would be sending a replacement. I would highly recommend ordering from them. 5 starsA great flagpole!!! I had several of the cheaper flagpoles that just never last. I found this one and it's is phenomenal. Sturdy with Locking pins. Very nice!! 5 starsI received and installed my 25' telescoping flag pole in April of '22 and it has survived many high winds. Last week here in *************** we experienced a microburst that had to be 90 MPH! With two 3x5 flags on the pole, it was REALLY bent over. We lost 4 large tree limbs and half a full tree, but the flagpole came out unscathed. What a great product!Also, this was easy to install, and still functions perfectly with regard to the telescoping sections and the rotating flag hooks. And it looks great of course.Review fromSusan S
