      We recently purchased the 25 ft. Freedom Edition telescoping black flagpole, flag **************** upgraded 4x6 flag, rubber boot & black flash collar. Everything arrived quickly & was easy to install. My husband is a retired military man. ****** love how it looks & we have received many compliments on it. It is definitely much better quality than our old ************************* are looking forward to admiring it for years to come

      Ordered the 25' sectional flag pole. It didn't take much time to set it up and get the 4' X 6' American flag and my new ************ flag flying high. I would definitely recommend this company.

      I purchased a flagpole almost a year ago. It was beautiful until a very strong wind storm came through and bent it. I contacted customer ********************** and told them my problem. They were very nice to chat with and replaced my Delta 25 foot sectional flagpole for free other than the shipping cost. I was more than pleased! Thank you!!!

      Pole is great, customer ********************** policy horrible. Just installed 20 freedom edition flag pole. Spent about $350. Decided to purchase a ***** boot to protect the base. Website was unclear as to proper sizing and ordered the incorrect size. Called customer **********************, they said no problem we will email you return instructions and replace the part. The cost to return the $***** part was over $10. Would not recommend company due to the rigid customer ********************** policy.

      We have a 30 foot flagpole and a 4x6 American flag from Service First. We have pretty heavy winds/storms in ********** but it doesn't affect the pole at all. I bought the pole kit for my husband's birthday 3 years ago and he said it is the best present I've given him in the 50 years we have been together.

      Ordered the 25 foot delta sectional pole and the led light. Arrived quickly and was easy to assemble and put in the ground!! This is a very heavy duty flagpole and my wife and I love the way it looks ! This IS the best company to order from. *** owned makes it even better. Thank you Service First!!!!

      I purchased the 25' Delta TELESCOPING Flagpole NAVY Edition (Silver). I found the quality of the flagpole and most accessories to be of excellent quality and material. If you are like me and also get the Yard Arm accessory which allows to display a total of four flags simultaneously (2 flags on main pole and 1 flag on each side of yard atm), then I recommend you pay close attention to the flags you order from Old Glory. I prefer double sided flags which allows you to read any writing on flags on both sides of flag. I received several flags which were not double sided and I had to return and pay return shipping cost. I also caution you on the purchase of the Gold Eagle Finial. The s**** shaft is plastic and striped out very easily. The metal gold ball finial which came with my flag is quality and worked nicely. I also purchased the Stainless Steel Flag Tether (qty2), Halyard (Rope) Conversion kit, Flagpole Boot, Flagpole Sleeve Adapter, Telescoping Flagpole Collar Lock, yardarm kit (previously mentioned), and solar light. I found all the accessories I purchased to be well made and quality. I am very pleased with the end results after installing the flagpole and flags. I have received numerous compliments from my neighbors.
