Order # DT-******. Order placed 1/19/23, order received 1/25/23. Shipping time at the time satiated ***** business days, have requested info via email multiple times, no answers to phone calls, attempt to schedule a return call with a representative message states that this feature does not work. Have messaged DTT on multiple social media sites. All with no response. I would just like a realistic shipping time to the *** I submitted info for.

Ordered an item that they had said was a ***** day wait. It's now been a month and I have not been able to get any update about the status of the order. I've called multiple times only to be placed on hold for 30min before the robot will hang up on me. I've also emailed their support email twice with no response from them. They seem to not be checking their emails but staying up to date with responding to people here. Maybe they can help me.DeltaTeamTactical.com

I have two orders containing FFL items. It is past 17 business days already and have not received any updates. Tried calling and no customer service representative available. I feel like I got scammed. They should not even be allowed to take funds out of the credit card until the items ship. I will try to see if I can initiate a chargeback with my credit card.DeltaTeamTactical.com

Thank you for reaching out to provide your feedback. It looks like the customer reached out on BUSINESS day 2 of the 1-8 day shipping estimate. Our agent provided an update but was not very clear on the order status. This order shipped out yesterday, business day 8 but the customer filed a dispute with their bank so we will have to get that order returned or intercept the package until that dispute is resolved. Made an order not knowing about the 8 day waiting time to fulfill orders, I was kinda panicking because I needed the parts asap, I emailed them through their website on my laptop, they sent a generic response via ZenDesk.But I looked at the email and it asked to leave additional information, so I asked if they could rush my order , and then I sent the email back to them. About an hour later they responded to my email and to my delight the rushed my order, big thanks to ********** at DTT for getting back to me in a timely manner and straight handling the situation for me. What a professional person and I hope he is recognized for his hard work and dedication to customer service. I now have tracking information and peace of mind . The last order I made with them 12/27/22 didnt get shipped until 1-17-23, they did however email me after I emailed them complaining about the wait and they honestly told me that they had almost half of their staff caught a well known virusand they were barely keeping their heads above water trying to fill all the orders. DTT is a great company to deal with but I do agree that sometimes your emails and calls seem to go into the oblivion but rest assured they will get better once they are full staff. Thank you again to ********** and within a year youll be running that place ..hopefully lol.****************DeltaTeamTactical.com

Great ***************** With such a vast selection, I understand that delays can happen. But with the cost savings and product quality, it's more than worth the wait. This industry is being pressured and attacked from all sides as we watch vendors forced into incredibly competitive practices just to remain in business. I feel Delta Team Tactical has never sacrificed in their product selection, unbelievable prices or wonderful customer service, so I don't mind waiting a little bit longer for the box to arrive!Cheers!DeltaTeamTactical.com
