Buyer Beware. Ordered 12.28.22 I was able to get one response via email. Blamed sickness being the reason for slow shipping. Yet they were at the shot show in *****. Also said verifying my FFL which I sent to them twice. For a company that deals in firearms you would think they would be more professional and at least answer their phones.

I can see we finally received a copy of the customer's FFL on 2/2 and the order was restored that same day but hasn't quite shipped out yet. I notified our FFL team that this is behind and needs to ship asap. I will make sure we get this shipped out as quickly as possible. Ordered a 308 upper in December. No answer after many many phone calls. Left messages, no response. I did get a email stating they have NO IDEA when my product will ship . I think this company is a scam. I would NEVER do any business with Delta Team Tactical again.DeltaTeamTactical.com

Thank you for reaching out with your feedback. We apologize for the delays on this test fire order. There were several manufactuer issues with various parts on this build and it needed to be re test fired. We simply did not want to send the customer a product that would give them any issues. That does not excuse the delayed/lack of an accurate update however. This order shipped out yesterday and I have contacted the customer with tracking info. Worst company I have ever dealt with. ZERO concern for the customer, ZERO concern for delivery times, ZERO communication. Worst of all when you call them on it they curl up in the fetal position and cry, **** I'm talking about you. If I could give negative stars I would. The customer reached out on BUSINESS day 6 of the 1-8 day shipping estimate with extremely vulgar/racist language toward myself and other agents at our company. We were prepared to offer to rush the order that same day. This customer has been blocked as we will not tolerate this sort of abuse toward anyone at our company. We went ahead and issued a full refund to avoid any dispute as the customer reached out with this exteremely offensive/racist email. "Incoming rounds you a** wipes. I am filing with the BBB and US postal service that you are a fraudulent company. Dodging phone calls, returning emails with meaningless trivia. I am going to bring the wrath of GOD down on your a**. I bet you are all bug insect chinese people. I will never order from you again, and I will flame you on the internet." We actuallly had to edit this response as it was flagged for offensive language from the quote from the customer. Although they can do a little better at responding i understand that they are overwhelmed with orders. took 17 business days to ship so within the advertised time. **************** was nice once they responded. Please be patient if your going to order from them.DeltaTeamTactical.com

Ordered item 2 months ago. Still hasn't shipped. I have multiple emails that are auto generated saying they are sorry and working on it. The emails give a number to call, I call no answer. I press 2 in the directory to have them call me back still nothing. I try to email them no response. They have my money and won't respond to any of my attempts to communicate.DeltaTeamTactical.com

would give zero if possible. placed an order 6 weeks ago, with no update and no shippment. they charged my card and wont answer any emails or messages to the ******** page . i call the support number and get hung up on by a recording. i have reached out several times looking for a response at this point i just want my money back.DeltaTeamTactical.com

**** at DTT was absolutely amazing on fixing MY mistake. Ordered wrong caliber, and **** quickly canceled the order so I could reorder the correct parts. Very fast friendly service. I will continue to do business with these guys for reasons like this!DeltaTeamTactical.com

I've seen quite a few comments that weren't too confidence inspiring when it came to dtt, but after having to deal with them i have to say they've far surpassed my expectations, any issue ive had so far they've completely taken care of them had a part out of stock emailed me about it and quickly got back to me after we came up with a resolution.DeltaTeamTactical.com

**************** is phenomenal at DTT. Replies in a timely manner, and is very professional, as well as helpful. I am, and will surely remain a happy and satisfied customer.Extended shipping times are understandable, given that I myself work at a distribution center that has an E-commerce department, and when many employees become ill, the work piles up. Pretty disappointed that I have not received a response back from DTT. They say to contact ****** Defense and NONE can get you to a live rep because the recording hangs up on me. Like other complaints my money was removed almost instantly yet I cannot get a reply via email?? I want to make an exchange and I had no idea I would have this much trouble. DTT make it right! Unfortunately we cannot edit orders in the manner requested by the customer as these builds are put together by our marketing team based on the available inventory in the warehouse. If we were to swap out the barrel, it would throw off another build and cause a domino effect of issues. It looks like the customer was wanting to substitute to a barrel that was already included in this build anyhow. This order shipped out today, BUSINESS day 7 of the ***** day shipping estimate.
