    I placed an order on 12/25/2022 and the order still shows as NEW on my account. Also, I can't get a real person at that business to tell me where my order is or it's current status. I have emailed DTT for the last 5 business days with no answer or reply too. I paid over $260.00 for much needed parts and I would really like DTT-****** fill my order soon. I don't know what is going on with DTT but I hope that they fix it soon.

    **************** is awesome. They get back to you in a timely fashion and if something isn't right they will make it right! Every time I order they personally email me my tracking and keep me posted with everything that is going on with my order. I recommend Delta Team Tactical for all your firearm needs.     Very good communication when I have reached out. Good prices, excellent selection. Shipping isnt as fast as it used to be - growing pains, perhaps? I am fairly convinced they will work it out . I am certain that they understand the difference between a customer receiving an order in four days (what I had become accustomed to) and receiving it in ***** days (something I dont like.)

    I'm on the fence with DTT. Most complaints about shipping are completely valid, but not all based on their 17 business day wait for some items. It will take much longer than any other company I have purchased from, around 3 weeks in my experience (way over the parts shipping timeframe). Then when I received the items, one was defective. I was extremely upset I waited weeks for a defective item. I reached out about a refund and didn't hear back for over 1 week. After about 7 business days I sent another email detailing the action I would be forced to take if they didn't respond adequately by business day 10. After that email I immediately received a response. They sent me a shipping label to send my item back and told me I could take in store credit with an additional discount on a future purchase or a full refund. I opted for the refund as I wanted what I wanted and they didn't have it anymore. My item shows delivered to them last Wednesday on 1/18 and I still haven't received my refund. I will again give it 10 business days before I follow up. I believe it is up to the purchaser on if the lower prices are worth the extremely long wait and almost zero customer service. They did follow up with me, but everyone giving their hard earned money deserves a response to their inquiry in a timely manner (72 hours ***), and I think they should be more transparent with ETA. They'd have a much happier group of customers likely committed to continued business with them. With parts I can wait weeks for, I might purchase to save some money, for things I want in a timely manner, I will look elsewhere.

It looks like the response to the email regarding the refund or store credit +10% was routed to the wrong department so our returns team never got that response.     I am here to advise future buyers that are considering purchasing anything from this company. DON'T DO IT! Prior to this latest debacle, I purchased a few items from the **************** store front. (I live about 20 minutes away) and those encounters were fine. However, DTT is a separate animal (although they are technically owned by the same entity and share the same address). The problem here is they have NO customer service. I have reached out several times via email and by phone which is a total joke. You call and get a recorded message stating there is no one available to answer your call and then you get hung up on. Initially, I just wanted an update, however after several unanswered email and phone call attempts, I wanted to have my order to be picked up since it seems they are never going to ship my order. But every attempt to reach a live human was a waste of time so I reached out to Davidsons and got no response from them either. I don't know how they are still in business. They need to stop taking orders, fulfill the outstanding ones and hire an adequate staff and train them and hire people to answer customer questions and complaints. Frankly this is the last time I will ever use these tools for anything. Getting something cheaper in this instance is not even close to being worth it. They need to understand that one of the MOST important priorities for a business to succeed is largely impacted by their ability to provide at least decent customer service. But these guys just take your money and eventually ship your items (I'm still waiting) possibly. I would ask for a refund but I don't see that happening so for now I will just continue to throw their ***** under the bus and keep backing over them!!! BTW, if you look at other posts on here, they seem to mostly comment on positive reviews, no the negative ones. That says a lot about their commitment to provide any solution or excuse for their lameness.

    Thank you for reaching out with your feedback. We had odrer DT-****** completed and ready to ship on BUSINESS day 7 when the customer reached out to have it changed to a store pickup. We made the exception and accommodated that request even though it goes against our policy as all store pickup orders must be placed on the store front site. We got this changed to store pickup but the warehouse manager had a family emergency and nobody at the warehouse was trained to make this edit as we typically do not bring DTT orders to the store front for pickup. We have responded to EVERY review submitted on here as we appreciate the good as well as the bad as it helps us address issues that need fixed or procedures that *** need tweaked. I have contacted the warehouse manager to get the current order brought to the store front as soon as possible. Once that order is available for pickup, the store front employees will reach out to the customer. Thank you again for your business and have a great day!

    This is a bold face lie! I have evidence of email replies from the asst ******* *******. I checked my order minutes ago and it still shows new meaning it has not been fulfilled. Furthermore. Why do their ******* tell me that they were down 65% of their workforce creating longer than usual shipping times. The fact that they stated my order was ready to ship in 7 days is such a falsehood if that was the case. My complaint would not consider with the timeline here. I ordered my non FFL parts on 1-13-2023. My first post was on the 24th. Even with the holiday it would have been ready days ago. I also have 12 emails between DTT which only responded after I made complaints. Now I'm super ****** that they don't even have enough gumption to tell the truth and make this out to be my fault. I'm done with these clowns!

    Nobody ever lied to the customer and we do not have any employees at our company named ******* so there may have been a miscommunication there. As we stated in the previous response, we made an exception to bring the order to the storefront but that did not occur as the warehouse manager was out due to a family emergency so the order was not ever taken to the store front. I have one of our team members tracking down the order now to get it brought to the storefront. As for the NEW status on their account/order, our system does not have the capability of providing real time updates so that will remain at NEW status until it is picked up at the store front. I have reached out to the customer to see if they want the order cancelled or brought to the storefront. We kindly ask the customer to refrain from using abusive language toward our agents as that will result in us having to block their account. Have a great day!

    These steamy piles can't stop lying. Their administrative manager has been commenting here but saying one thing for you while lying at the same time. The employee in question that supposedly doesn't work their. If that's true. Why do I have 12 emails going back and forth. So I just sent him a very unpleasant and somewhat vulgar response directly and I no longer want their caca. I want my money back so I can deal with some actual honest people. These guys are the worst!

    Yea, due to the abusive language and difficulty dealing with this customer after we broke protocol to accommodate their request, we went ahead and cancelled the order and issued a full refund. Again, there is NO employee here named ******* so there is definitely some confusion on the customer's end. I believe they are referring to ******* but I am not sure. We kindly ask that the customer take their business elsewhere for their future needs.

    Still waiting for you to ship the items I ordered over 5 1/2 weeks ago! ?? I have ordered from them many times before and every time the shipping delays more and more. I have tried calling them, sending e-mails and even ******** messenger with no response. I spent over $500 on this last order and need my item immediately! Worst **************** EVER! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR ITEMS

We also had a manufacturer issue that prevented us from shipping 2 stocks that were on these orders.     I've ordered a few times before. I'll always give 4 stars to a company that still gives me what I order. I've never had a missing item. I believe I'm definitely outside of shipping time frame on current order. But I have to say. I understand the small warehouse struggle. I will say if your shipping ever gets faster I know I'd order alot more .

    Placed a order 12/22/22 got confirmation email good to go. Waited and waited never got anything else. Emailed company no response. Emailed again no response. A real shame they have cool stuff but can't even get it to the people who want it.

    Dont be tempted. I have an order from late December 2022. You cant reach anyone at their phone number. They dont answer their customer service tickets. They dont respond to email. Heres the bigger problem. It's clear from recent reviews they are having some malfunction, but i'm getting daily email promotions from them even on products they cant deliver. This is criminal theft not covid or a personal issue. Dont give them your credit card number.

    Delta Tac, specifically ****, are great for customer service. I screwed up an order; he helped me cancel it even though it was on the floor near shipping, and offered to let me maintain a credit rather than refunding since I would be making an altered order.
