    I have placed 3 separate orders from them and only 1 of them shipped out to me. I have tried calling customer service, no one there and I've emailed a half a dozen times. Please send orders or just give me my money back I ask. One of the orders been over a month waiting. I don't know what else to do thanks.

It looks like the 2 remaining orders are still within the shipping time frame but the order in question definitely shipped well after the shipping estimate. I have contacted the customer with an update and will keep in touch until I have tracking for the 2 remaining orders as well as the backordered item they have been waiting on.     Terrible customer service terrible shipping. Items don't come that are on receipt. One response via email after I sent 5 regarding status of order which was well past the deadline card they keep trying to pull. Do research these guys have awful reviews for all the same reasons

    Thank you for reaching out with your feedback. It looks like this assembled upper shipped out on BUSINESS day 12 of the ***** day shipping ESTIMATE so we are a bit confused on that portion of this review. There WAS a marketing error that stated the upper utilzed a dust cover assembly on the upper but this stripped upper style does not have the capability to install the dust cover assembly so those small parts were not shipped with the order. We have reached out to the customer to offer to ship those items in case they wanted to use them on another build. We appreciate you reaching out to bring this to our attention so we could get this error addressed. Thank you again for your business and have a great day!

    Thank you for taking the time to reach out to leave feedback regarding your experience. It does appear this order shipped 4 days later than the **** day shipping ESTIMATE. We have done our best to keep up with the demand during the holiday season but we had a few unexpected manufacturer issues as well as a covid outbreak which severely impacted the warehouse and customer service departments.     I have been waiting for going on three weeks now for my products to ship. I have emailed multiple times to request an update. The phone number on the website absolutely doesn't work or get you anywhere. I just want the items I have paid for or my money back.

    This company is c*** i cant get anyone to call or email me back i bought an upper unassembled on the 23 here it is the 2 i understand the holidays and weather but taken someones money any just leaving them on the hook is just bull c*** if you value your time and money go else where. Do Not Shop Here. I feel like its a scam to make you wait so long til you return it for there restock fee for something that was never there nice lil scam they have

We kindly ask that you review the shipping estimates before leaving a negative review as this severely impacts our reputation regardless of whether the complaint is valid or not. We are working diligently to fulfill orders in the order they were received.     I have place an order with them on the 19th of Dec. its past the time I have to wait for product i paid for. when ever I call, no one and I mean no one answers the phone or" there are no customer service available" i emailed and just got back some generic bs response. i just want what i payed for. when will it ship?

    I stated to your cs rep I wanted a full refund and he issued me a credit. Why would I again buy from a company that takes 16 days to ship? Unacceptable and will never buy from this company again

    Thank you for taking the time to reach out with your feedback. We apologize for the confusion as the customer stated they wanted a refund +5% so I misunderstood that to mean a credit +5% as it is not possible to refund more than what was paid by the customer. We immediately removed that credit per the customer request and issued a full refund. The customer then placed a new order for the exact same item on our sister site which I was able to rush out on BUSINESS day 1. Thank you again for reaching out and we hope to have you back again soon!
