*** ordered my stuff on the 14th they told I had to validate my address I did so then they said everything was fine they was getting my order sent out.. I never got any notification far as my tracking number or anything so then I emailed again and they said they will have out by yesterday i its a red order but still havent got anythingDeltaTeamTactical.com

Thank you for reaching out to leave your feedback. It looks like we did have some delays due to the validation process as this order was flagged for potential fraud. By the time we received the validation info, the product had sold out and the new batch of lowers we received were defective so we didn't want to send the customer a product that *** give them issues. Love these guys. Made a mistake on my order and asked for a cancelation. They have me the option between store credit or original payment. I asked for in store credit and they gave it to me. but changed my mind a few hours later and with no questions asked they gave me the original payment refund. I've purchased completed uppers from them before and they work great. Highly recommended these guys.DeltaTeamTactical.com

Disappointment, you sent me a confusing email stating my order was under review, to me that means something bad. So since you call center has a hard time answering phones, well it does not matter. It cost your company a sell, and I may not come back.DeltaTeamTactical.com

Prices are great I was excited for my order but I am sad as I was told my order would be shipped out in a day or two and Ive had nothing reported to me since. Phones dont work and what I had ordered now says out of stock . Whats going on??DeltaTeamTactical.com

Let's start by saying that I've been a long time customer, having ordered many thousands of dollars of orders over the years. It's mostly been very satisfactory but have had some issues in the past. Delta has always handled these issues to my satisfaction in the past but recently sent it out of the park! I had a dozen orders pending over a three week period and nothing was getting shipped. When I contacted them, ************** reached out to me and not only handled the situation very professionally, but with the ***** of a personalized assistant and was beyond fair and accommodating. I can not say enough about how awesome everything has been handled (even on a Sunday evening) and very much look forward to business with this great company that is made that way from their outstanding personnel. If there was an option for six stars, I would choose that every day of the week! Thanks guys (and gals) for restoring my faith in customer service and business loyalty.DeltaTeamTactical.com

No response to multiple emails about my order not shipping. Site says 1-4 business days and I've had orders ship in as little as 2 days previously. Ordered on 12/2 but they ignore requests for status updates. I can't recommend anyone use this company. I will likely have to dispute the charge on my card if I still get no response by the end of this week. I've sent an email and used their contact form on their website multiple times, I immediately get an autoresponder reply yet crickets after that.I understand delays, but if it isn't going to make it here by Christmas, I simply need to know that. It takes a few seconds to send an email to your customers saying there is some delay. Funny thing is I ordered a similar product from another vendor last week (a full 5 days AFTER I ordered from Delta Team Tactical) and it's already sitting under the tree wrapped.They obviously have something slowing them down, but nobody is communicating that to their customers, and they are still taking orders online. Horrible business practice, especially for online business.DeltaTeamTactical.com

We apologize for the delays as we have had multiple departments short staffed due to illness. It looks like the customer reached out on Saturday and didn't get a response until today as we do not work weekends. We were able to get the order shipped out today and provided the customer with tracking info. We sincerely appreciate the patience as we worked to get the order completed and shipped. The business has reached out to me and has shipped my item. The communication I sent over the weekend was actually the third attempt, so poor communication is why I was forced to contact through the BBB. Their website says 1-4 business days and once I did receive a reply it was shipped (a label was printed, **** still has not received the item at the beginning of business day 7). That *** or *** not be an issue with ****. But I accept the response from the business and will patiently await my item but reserve the right to contact/review again if the item doesn't physically ship as expected.In the future I would suggest the company simply improve communication with the customer. The customer reached out on yesterday about their first order and we were able to get it rushed out the same day.
