    **** at delta team tactical is awesome!!! He contacted me on my order and told me he would see to it himself and within an hour my package was shipped and he had me a tracking number. I cant say enough about delta team tactical and their awesome team, if you need tactical gear this is where to go hands down. I like them so much I think Im gonna start reviewing there tactical gear on *********

    I originally gave a good review in anticipation of the rest of the transaction going smoothly. It's now been a week and after going through a fraud review due to my VPN I am no longer even getting a response to my questions. I already recieved conformation and my card has been charged. Im recievind no delivery conformation, or response to my question about a message stating my order is not complete. I would have purchased elsewhere if i knew i would get this kind of sloppy hassle. I now miss out on other cyber deals by going through this company. Very disappointed.

    We apologize for any confusion but the customer's order IS in fact processing. That email was sent as the customer still had additional items in their cart. That email is automatically sent out wen there are remaining items in the cart as a reminder to complete the order. We have emailed the customer with clarification on this situation.     I did recieve the items. Communication is very important. They have apparently been inundated with orders and were doing the best they could. I recieved a response after i wrote my initial review. Everything is now cleared up and good. I would do business again. The items look to be of good quality and shipping was faster than Amazon lately. Thank you.

    Even though it wasn't made obvious on the website that the advertised item I wanted to buy apparently will not ship to my state, ************ proved helpful, responsive, and timely via email. I appreciate ****'s customer service, and hope that ********************** takes more care in the future to specify explicitly on the product page or at the time of order when they refuse to ship advertised merchandise to someone living in a despicable state with draconian, unconstitutional laws so they never even try to order. That would be great.

    Thank you for reaching out to leave your feedback! It looks like the non serialized portion of the customer's order shipped the same day the order was placed. We are currently waiting on a response from the customer's *** in order to get their serialized lower shipped. With the lowers, we cannot process/ship the order until this information is received and verified. We have done all we can to get the order shipped but we cannot until the *** information is provided so we can transfer the product to them. Stay safe and have a great day!

    We reached out again to the customer to acquire their *** info as it was not input at checkout by the customer at all. They became pretty upset and requested a cancellation and a refund which we processesd immediately. Our *** manager reached out with more info to explain to the customer how the *** process works for future reference. Thank you again and have a great day!

    I have been a good customer at ********************** for the past 6 year and the last thing I would have expected was the worst customer service! I recently received an order from them that was missing an expensive part. So I contacted them about the item and they said they have pictures that prove the part was shipped. When I requested to see "the proof", they essentially said it wasn't their problem. Really?

We checked the camera footage and the warehouse manager has confirmed that all 3 triggers on the order made it into the package prior to shipment. It looks like the customer waived the ***** package protection and in doing so agreed to the following terms: "By deselecting Route, Delta Team Tactical is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items." Once we receive the required pictures. per our terms and conditions, of the packaging that the order was received in, we are more than happy to assist the customer in filing a **** claim for the missing item. We are working to get a clip of the camera footage for the customer as well if it is permitted by upper management. We will continue to follow up with the customer to ensure they are taken care of.     After speaking with upper management, although we are ****% sure the 3rd trigger made it into the packaging, we are going to ship a replacement trigger today to get the customer taken care of. We would hate to lose a loyal customer over $100. In the future, we HIGHLY recommend purchasing the ***** package protection as this would have been covered by that insurance. Or the customer can order from our store front website and that way they can inspect the order upon pickup for any missing items, etc. We will keep in touch with the customer until we have tracking info for the replacement trigger.
