    they hide under various names such as omega "tactical" and a very large group of lnline websites selling junk and not shipping or poor shipping companies. stay tuned for a viral in debth video on these **@mbags and their practices.

    We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. 

    We do have several sister companies connected to us. From the looks of it, we were able to get the order out within our allotted shipping times and it was lost in transit. This responsibility normally falls on the shipping carrier if our customers do not purchase package protection. Due to the complications of the situation, we ended up making an exception and sent out replacement parts even though we didn't get the other parts back. We did everything in our power to make this right and will continue to help our customers have the best experience possible.

    This is the first time that I have had an issue with an order. Placed the order for an engraved buffer tube and received just a plan buffer tube. Sent in photos of the tube and the order form and did not received any confirmation except a case number. Called 5 days later and talked to customer service they gave me a RA number and a return label for the wrong part. A few hours later received an email stating that I did not need to return the wrong tube and they are sending me the correct one. Still like doing business with this company and will definitely keep using them.

    How does the delta team tactical website have an A+ rating on BBB? I placed an order and I received the wrong items. I put in a request for help, which is basically emailing Delta team tactical asking them to fix the order and send the correct items I ordered. After a week of waiting I checked the reviews and complaints on BBB. I realized that my emails about my issue will never be replied to. I found in the complaints on BBB that I must try calling if I want my issue resolved. So I called several times and remained on hold for way too long. Eventually I was able to speak to a real person (which is a much better result compared to others that complained about never reaching a real person). My first encounter on the phone with a rep was 20 minutes of me explaining what I received, vs what I ordered. I had already sent pics and an explanation of what I received vs what I ordered. I was then told I would hear back with an email explaining what the resolution would be. In retrospect, I should've demanded a resolution then and there. *** next day, I didn't get a reply back so I called again. It shouldn't take more than a day to find a resolution to correct a mistake. *** wrong stuff was shipped. Make it right by sending the items I ordered. Easy. Right? Nah. *** second time I called I spoke with a reasonable rep. *** dude said that his managers were in meetings and that was the hold up. I believe he needed their permission to send me the correct order. Meanwhile, every subscriber to Delta team tactical gets multiple daily emails about some sale or deal. As I waited for a reply... I was taunted by the junk email. Maybe, spend less time advertising and focus on the customers you have. Eventually I was told I would receive a return label to ship back the wrong items. ***y will ship the correct order upon receipt of the wrong items. Today, I received the correct items I ordered. If I didn't read the BBB reviews, I would probably still be waiting for a reply via email.

    The order was shipped according to their published time schedule even though they were out of stock on one component. I was emailed and asked about a substitution, which I accepted. Email was timely sent and the *** was helpful. I would order from DTT again. The wait times were published and the wait didn't concern me too much.

    I placed an order with DTT on a Sunday night. After placing the order I realized I had made a mistake. I contacted the team at DTT and explained what had happened and requested to cancel the order. I was contacted by **** and he assured me it was no problem to cancel the order and refund my money. **** was very helpful and professional and he most certainly did NOT have to do what he did considering it was 100% my mistake. So far Im pleased with this one interaction and hope that my further transactions go as smoothly as this one.

    My order number is DT-******. I placed on 3/8/2023 it is now 5/5/2023! I ordered 2 frames to be sent to my FFL, still hasn't shipped yet! I spoke to a customer representative on 4/26/2023 and was told the shipping department has received my order and should be shipped real soon. It's been more than a week since then and still haven't received a tracking number because they haven't shipped it yet! I spoke to a lady yesterday and it was the same story about the shipping department has it and it should be shipped by this week. It's now Friday 11pm as I write this and I doubt it will ship by this month! Don't order from them! Don't waste your time and money!

    I have placed many orders with DTT. I hate hearing that others have had issues with there orders. I have had 1 issue, it was my first order I placed with them. I read that they are a small business. So I sent an email listing the missing items. I figure it was not a big deal and could be addressed in time. I received a reply with in 2 business days, stating a quick apology and parts were shipped. Shipping times have been much better in the last year. I am very happy with my purchases. And will continue to do business with them in the years to come. Funny how it has taken me years of good experiences with them too write a review. when some have a small issue they jump straight to bad review. Give them a chance to make it right. I did, and glad I did. Some people have a hard time grasping at the idea that the world doesn't revolve around them. DTT is an amazing company!

    Ordered a stripped lower on 3/26/23, emailed them on 4/18 for an update. I got a response the next day saying that they are under staffed but working on it and my order is with their FFL agent. I got another email on 4/24 saying that they are waiting for my response, however i do not know what they are talking about, they never asked me a question to resond to. Had my FFL send them the license information on 4/22, sent another email on 5/1 still havent heard back and no updated information on their website. I have ordered other non FFL parts that shipped quickly, no sure why this order is taking so long.

    No one answers the phone. It takes weeks to get an email returned. I was given a shipping tracking number then 4 days later get another email stating the order is running late just no way to get or give info to you in a timely manner sadly probably my last purchase just too much of a hassle.

    Thank you for reaching out to leave your feedback! It looks like the customer reached out on BUSINESS day 10 of the ***** day shipping estimate stating they wanted to go with a different *** for this transfer. I emailed their *** several times before the customer reached back out and let me know they provided the incorrect *** email. Once we had the correct email, I reached out again and had the *** info within the next day. I then printed the *** info along with the pick list and the order shipped out the very next day. It also looks like they placed a new order on the 23rd which shipped out today. So it appears we did SOMETHING right to regain the trust of the customer.     While some of what they said is true they did not address the fact that they are impossible to contact by phone or email which is my major complaint. I tried for those ten days to change the *** I have sat on the phone waiting and when quitting time came they just say no one is here and to call back during business hours. I contacted them by email numerous times with no reply On the 23 what I bought was from another company called **************** so no trust was regained.
