Placed order on 3-15-23 order #DT-855610 its now May 1st. Nearly 7 weeks later and nothing. My FFL placed an order after I placed mine and has already received his. Not sure what is going on out there but its way past the original stated times on their website and is getting ridiculous. Money taken with no products shipped.DeltaTeamTactical.com

Received 1/2 of my order, tried calling 5 different times put on hold for 20mins each time only to be told no representative is available. Sent email support tickets, no reply, ******** messages no reply. This place used to be amazing now I would advise everyone to avoid.DeltaTeamTactical.com

Thank you for reaching out to leave your feedback! It does appear that one of the 2 trigger kits were not picked/shipped with the order so we apologize for that mistake. We received the first email from the customer regarding this issue on Friday and we had not yet gotten to that ticket. I reached out to the customer to request the required pictures of the items they DID receive as they were claiming that both of the trigger kits were missing. Unfortunately, it appears a chargeback has been filed so it will be a bit tricky getting a replacement order shipped as we now have to wait for that bank dispute to be settled. Placed my order on 3/25/23 and today is 4/28/23, well beyond the 17 days they claimed for shipping. I have contacted them by email several times and they did respond with due to being understaffed. I get it but they need to update their shipping information so people know what to expect or at least send a preemptive email with updates.DeltaTeamTactical.com

These clowns should not have a FFL! Money is taken, items not shipped, ABSOLUTELY NO COMMUNICATION! Blatantly refusing to refund or assist with customers! The *** needs to be notified and they need to be investigated and held accountable when dealing with firearms!DeltaTeamTactical.com

Had to chase some people down to get my ffl order process started but once I got in contact with someone (via social media) they expedited my order to make sure I got it before the predicted shipping time. The firearm is awesome and hopefully they get the back end issues smoothed out because I have friends who want to order from them because of the high quality and low cost. 4/5 and the product is well worth the waitDeltaTeamTactical.com

Thank you for reaching out with your feedback! It appears the issues on the order are discount code related. We apologize for the delayed/lack of response regarding the failed 10% off code. It looks like the order was not placed by using the link in the email so that discount did not apply. Also, the main item on the order is question was already a discounted sale item so that code would not have applied to the order. There would have only be a 70 cent discount on the order. Ordered a large order of items to do several builds . One **** upper that arrived damaged. I paid for the insurance, the insurance wouldnt honor the damaged items cause I didnt have the box, it only took 2.5 weeks for anything to respond even saying I needed the box. I send pics and emails for weeks. Finally the company also denied Me a replacement hand guard. The absolute worst customer service ever. Horrible. Paid for ins.. useless Go to other sites with proper customer service. Never use this low budget website. They are not trust worthy or reliableDeltaTeamTactical.com

It appears that route denied the claim as the packaging was not produced so they couldn't tell if the item was damaged in transit. Our terms and conditions also clearly state that if there is an issue with the order that we need pictures of the item in question along with ALL packaging materials. Even though that claim was denied, we offered a 10% store credit per our terms and conditions (typically is 5% for cosmetic damage) but the customer didn't want that credit.
