2 starsAs you read this keep in mind the two stars would be five if this company was not steeped in constant feeding lies and deception toward their customer base Gym great! All kinds equipment activities amenities. Then there is the management and staff. In the over two years continuous I was a member while living in **, then relocation to ** for work. I of course had to cancel my membership. We'll get to that. Argh!!!! During my time at this gym there were few times where I had to change my membership level. Every time I had to do this it came at a cost. Which if told about it, I'd have no problem with. Financially each time I could have planned for.The 1st time staff member completely omitted this fact. Came back later brought it up, without saying it the outright I was told we don't care. 2nd, time I was offered an increase to a studio red at ZERO cost to me expect for the increased membership price upon next month payment. Specifically asked about the price guarantee fee $50 based on the prior experience. The guy right-out lied to my face. even Staffer had audacity to emotionally play off my veteran status. Low common dominator of human. Brought it up again after a surprise VASA charge one day on my account. Staff looked at me like I was A**** for bringing it up. To save money I eventually lowered my membership to lowest level. I knew I was about 2 eat the cost to SAVE money after being deceived and lied to the first tow ********* canceling, ready to relocate. Went into my home gym location over one full month prior to my moving. Staff member told me to my face, "You been with **** for over six months it cost zero for you to cancel." "Come in before the end of your final billing cycle and go online and cancel it." Did exactly that, low and behold the again lies and deception. They processed a new payment before my new cycle date and as I was cancelling. NO F'ING refund! ********* a none ************ does all their support bidding.Review fromBronson P

1 starThe gym euquipment is modern and the facilities are good for the price. However, the customer **********************, hidden fees, and attempts to queeze their members for every last ***** is disdainfull. I attempted to cancel my membership no less then 3 times both in person, on the phone, and through the app before getting charged again the following month. I then went into the gym to dispute this charge and was told that it was a 30-day notice cancellation charge, which I said was fine. I was then again charged the following month and when I contacted their corporate customer line, they told me they couldn't refund me, that it was now cancelled, and that the charge was again for the 30-day cancellation notice. The person also said that if I filled the fraudulent charge as a fraud charge with my bank, which I have the right to do under the **** (Fair credit billing act), that they would take it to collections. This is not only rude, but illegal according the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), which says that any company must allow a customer to dispute a charge before sending it to collections. This company should be ashamed for how they treat their members, and anyone who is considering a gym in ****, should try any number of other options, who provide transparent pricing, and fair and kind interactrions with their customers. Absolutely disgraceful.Review fromNicole R

1 starI paused my membership during Covid, documented it, and was still charged $166 dollars in backed monthly dues. When I called to explain that I had not been to the gym, had paused my membership, and would like this bill dropped, I was laughed at. This bill was then sent to collections, which dropped my credit by about 40 points. I've since paid the bill, but I will never go back to this gym.Review fromZachary R

I attempted to cancel my account. They canceled an account that was under my name and continued to charge me. Apparently there were two accounts under my name and they canceled one but did not cancel the one charging me. They canceled it, refused a refund for charging an account I didn't know existed and then charged me again later that month for a delinquent account that I have attempted to cancel twice. Customer ********************** is now unresponsive and im assuming they're going g to ghost me until collections at this point.VASA Fitness

I attempted to cancel. They made the process difficult and continued to charge me. Now they have sent me to a collections agency for services I have not used. This should be illegal.VASA Fitness

I joined the ************************* location. I knew they had personal training. So I checked in and had a consultation because I wanted to know a little more than just walking in and walking on a treadmill, and doing a few machines. I met *****. ****** to a three month contract for 1X a week at $60. I received nothing in writing. And I have a text showing he agrees with me. Well my contract turned into a six month contract. They told me to call member services that they couldn't help me now. And when I contacted member services also found out there was an automatic renewal on the contract that was never discussed. Now the office is talking about changing my contract and I really just want out altogether. Trust is broken. I have paid a $120 and had 2 sessions which Im willing to part with & have no more charges. I want to cancel all with **** now. I don't feel good working with vasa, because I don't trust them and the motivation I had before, is now gone. Didn't realize the old scamming Ballys contracts from the 80s and 90s were back.VASA Fitness

Tried to cancel wouldn't let me without paying multiple fees, senior citizen with health problems why i wanted out. Ended up getting a bill ****** into credit agency. Seem unwilling to work things out. Hadn't received 1 bill from vasa. Seems like they want money for nothing, haven't been there since December 2024. Seems like more then just a gym to me, like i said money for nothing. Just because they have a contract doesn't mean they're morally right.VASA Fitness

********. About 3 years ago I got a **** membership. I was paying for the guest pass and childcare but wasnt using it so I wanted to downgrade my membership. Instead of downgrading my membership **** created a second account with my same login and was charging me for both as well as two yearly fees. When I notified Vasa they never apologized, just said they would mail me a check for the extra money they stole from me. I was so irritated that I just Ended up canceling everything about a year and a half ago. Now present day, I just looked at my credit card and say they charged me $500 for this month! (4 separate charges) . I canceled my membership a year and a half ago!!!! Why are they charging me???? I HATE vasa.VASA Fitness

I had tried to cancel my membership and they never confirmed it was canceled. They ended up sending it to a debt collector who yelled at me on the phone while trying to resolve this complaint. I will admit I was angry on the phone call however I started getting yelled at then hung up on. I do not recommend the services they provide due to the terrible treatment I experienced.VASA Fitness
