  Brooks Pest Control is a *********************** They are "Rude & Disrespectful" to their Customers, especially when calling to make a "Complaint" about the services rendered!!! They "Force" You into staying with them, by telling you, that "You signed the Contract stating you Agree to the terms applied", but also, if a "Customer" such as myself is calling you sharing my ************** Unhappiness" You as a "Professional Employee" with the Business should "Accommodate" my Complaint, even if that means,"Terminating" my services and move on, but instead You all "Force" & "Threaten" the Customers into staying by telling them your gonna ***** them for breech of Contract!!! But it's Ok if You "Overdraw" the Customers account trying to get payment for Services that have not been "Completed"!!! Where is that Right?? Then you tell the Company you "No Longer" live at the Property and you want to "Terminate" the Services, they try to "TWIST" your arm even more to get you to stay with them, by saying they can "Freeze" your account until you get into another place of your own and then you can resume your Service... Also They will ask to Speak to someone to see if you are telling the "Truth" about where you are currently living, in order for them to "Terminate" your Services!!!! Now to make things worse, finding out that they are not even "ACCREDITED" is even more a Definite "RED FLAG"!!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE "Do Not" use their Services!!! Please Please Please stick with House ************************************** Such as, "Orkin, Terminix, ***** Pest Control, ***** Pest Control, & Corky's Pest Control etc... So "Not Happy" with their Service!! I just want "Out" of the contract and move forward!!!!

  Horrible service. They just take your money and do nothing to fix the issue. Seems like they just spray water. Came out multiple times and each time according to them they had something stronger. I do not get how they are in business.

  I called in for pricing Thursday this week, a ***resentstive answered the phone and led us through pricing. We talked over 3 months of service. He emailed me a contract which the *** was pressuring me to sign immediately. I had to check my schedule to commit to the service the following day. The following day I ensured to let the *** know we won't be signing the contract to commence work with them. The *** stated that all companies operate on a long term agreement (i had a company come out to do one service today so that's fasle information).I called in today because I received a text message stating that a technician was on the way to our house. I called Brooks to reiterate that we are not working with them.The ***resentative said I have to call in on a Monday to cancel my account with them- there is no account. I never signed a contract, I never provided my payment information, I have it in writing that I won't be working with them and that was clearly stated to the ***resentative that took my initial call.This company thrives on an absolute lack of communication or deception, and looking at the 55 other complaints on the BBB website confirms my thought process.

  Scamming people the products doesnt work like what they advertised. They think if I signed contract, I should be slave. To them like I have no rights. I did many times give them chance to give me a better. Result never works Its clear to me they are scammers I didnt need help. I feel ????????????????????????

  They are in ***** ****** now they scam you into a contract that they due not tell you about. They give you no paper work they say they will e-mail to you. The problem you never get it their products due not work here in ***** on Bugs , spiders etc and you call them they tell you their killing the bugs of the future. You try to cancel and they want ******.

  DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. They scammed my 88 year old mother by signing her up for a 12 month contract and not fulfilling the work they are supposed to be doing. Every time she calls, they tell her that they are performing all services and that she doesn't know what she is talking about. She has proof in writing and on security video but that won't do any good with such a disreputable company. Since she has little disposable income, paying a termination fee plus hiring another company is not feasible. This has her so stressed that it is now impacting her health. I have urged her to contact the local paper, TV stations, and the state senior legal services to share how Brooks is taking advantage of such an elderly person. Obviously filing a complaint with the BBB won't do any good since the company already as an F rating.

  I would not use this company at all. ******** customer service. Our home has been more infested with insects since switching. My husband recently got laid off and we are moving out of state. I was informed I either need to take them with us or pay $275 cancellation fee. Stay away from this company at all costs.

  They were knocking on doors in my neighborhood they quoted me for $150.00 but at the end of our conversation it was no longer 150 now it was $200 then in the following 2 months they were going to come out and spray for $70 for each time, so they came for the service only one time and charged my checking account $200 fine then the following month I received a text from them trying to charge my account $70 first before even doing the work so I canceled all their services and now theyre are charging me for cancellation $229 . Now on their first visit it was for ***** infestation and the first thing technician did is get out a big pole with an attached broom and he started sweeping side of house for spiderwebs so Im like why are you doing that when my service is supposed to go for ***** problem not spiders
