      Per my conversation with dainel who gave false advertisement on product and services I was told that they guarantee there product and service and I was to pay 95.00 the first payment for services and that they will come back out for a courtesy follow up after a month free of charge then I will pay 129.00 every 3 months but instead they come out for the month follow up that I had to schedule after the month and do a 15 min half job over 2800 Sq ft house and did not hold up to they word because I've seen more bugs 2 weeks after the first service then I've seen in my entire 3 years of living here....spoke with manager jack who was disrespectful and abused his positional power talkn reckless saying that his worker that I spoke to before being transferred to him named jack told me he would wave the 129.00 today because of the tech that came out who half did the job but like I express to him that Daniel told me the first payment was 99.00 and I paid that then it was supposed to be a courtesy follow within a month free of charge but the tech today told me I had to pay 129.00 for a half job but jake told me todat that he would wave that fee due to bad services on followup that i had no idea i had to pay but when i tell him i want to cancelim not satisfiedand i was lied to about price he and manager steven threatened me about the falsified contract...I have video recording of today's services and the first service before that and I also have video of the conversation that me and dainel had that didn't say anything about me paying for a courtesy follow but the contact supposedly says it that I was unaware of which is falsified documents. I'm very disappointed in brooks customer service and there work with is not worth this hassle at all...I want to cancel and there telling me I have to pat 250.00 and I haven't even started my quarterly...bad business all around @

      A salesman, Dayce T*****, came to my door. I informed him I couldn't afford an annual plan. He said he would do a one time service.
      I agreed. He had me sign for the one time service. He did not send me a copy of what I signed.
      Two months later, I was put on the schedule. I called and informed them that I didn't sign up for the bi-monthly. They then said I did sign a contract. I never received a copy of what I signed and I did not agree to it.
      I am now in the middle of a dispute with the bank.
      They charged me $281 for early cancelation of a service I did not agree to. I was taken.
      Very sad.

      You are throwing you money away and get a lot agony if you sign with them.
      Sales people are snake oil salesmen. Sales people and the company is not even in California. Technicians that come to your home are nice but their hands are tight in helping customers with correct procedure. They do not improve your pest problem but keep charging you and threatening you by charging cancellation fees.

      This is a company that are using deceptive sales techniques to entice potential customers to sign a contract for pest control providing incorrect information about the cancelation fees. Once contract is signed and the customer wants to cancel the contract because of scheduling conflict then customer is hit with full cancelation fee contrary to what the salesmen promised that after two services there is no more cancelation fees.

      This communication is to inform you of the unprofessional customer service that I received by ANDREW today when I called 1
      (***)
      *** ****.
      The reason for the call was to cancel the pest control service to my home. ANDREW informed me that he could NOT cancel my service (without me having to pay $260.00 as a cancellation fee) due to my mother signing a one-year contract. I tried to explain to ANDREW that I was my mother’s Conservator and that she is also incapacitated. ANDREW would not budge on the cancelation and wanted me to just pay the $260.00
      Furthermore, I tried to explain to ANDREW that the technician was in a hurry and did NOT apply any granules on the lawn or remove any spider webs.
      I hope you have an opportunity to review this communication with ANDREW who refused to provide his full name and extension in addition to providing his superiors name and number.
      In closing, BROOKS PEST CONTROL EXCELS in face-to-face sales trickery as they prey on the elderly with inflated performance claims along with poorly performing technicians and subpar customer service who just bully you into paying more money in order to get out of a contract.
