order number is ***** Original ordered item was out of stock, I sent them a replacement item, then no answer for a month and I sent emails requesting replies... then after another email, they finally said that item was also out of stock. Then it was too late for Christmas, so I asked for a refund. No reply to that email either. I just want a refund, but I also want others to know how these people treat customers. From the other complaints that I see, this behavior has become chronic within their organizational culture.Business Response

I ordered a tie, pocket square and cufflinks package from the Sophisticated Gentleman website on November 9, 2024 and it is now December 15, 2024. I have attempted several times to call and a recording always defers to their email online support that I had sent numerous inquires trying to track my order and no response from them either. Their online self tracker just daisywheels. The wedding I was to wear this tie in has since past and now I just want my money back, no excuses.Business Response

I ordered a tie, cufflink and pocket square set on Sep 3rd. Still not received on Nov 30th. No communication from them and there seems to be no email address or phone number for complaints. I placed an order on 7/4/2024. I received the ties on 7/22/24. The ties were not the quality I expected so I want to return them. When I went to their site and entered the order number they gave me, the system said there was no such number. Of course I tried several times, after triple checking my order number from their email. I reached out to customer support and they have not responded yet. It is completely disheartening to order from a company that pretends your order does not exist.Business Response

On January 20, 2024, I placed an order for a vest. The vest was needed for a March wedding. $67.93 was withdrawn from my bank account in January. I have not received the vest and it is now July. When I contacted customer service back in March, they simply said my vest was in production and did not offer a refund option.Business Response

I ordered a champagne paisley tuxedo jacket on March 11th 2024 for my wedding coming up in September this year. The jacket cost $158.93. My fiancé said i was supposed to get white so I reached out to customer support to start a return. On March 26th, Cherry the customer support specialist provided me with a name (Steven T*******) and return address to send the jacket so I did. The jacket delivered to Mr. T******* on or around April 1st. I been trying to reach Cherry since the jacket delivery but I never got a response up until April 17th and she asked for the tracking info which I provide that same day but no other information was relayed back to me. The days up to my wedding is closing in and I have to check other avenues for my tuxedo. I just want my money back.Business Response

I ordered a vest for my husband from this site back in February once received it was too small so it was sent back. It was confirmed by the people we shipped it through that the item was received yet I still haven't gotten a credit or my money back. I ordered the same vest in a bigger size March 1st and have not received it or gotten notice about it at all. I needed it for an event that my husband was to attend this weekend but unfortunately we still have NOTHING and that was a whole MONTH AGO. No correspondence has gone answered. The phone number is voicemail only and they do not respond to messages on social media or via their email. I would like my money back or at least a credit on the site. The address on the shipping label that was sent to me was: *************************** so I packed it up in its original box and sent it back to where it came from. I then re-ordered the vest in a larger size and according to your site, my order from a whole month ago is still being processed... Can I please get my new order or my money back.
