    I ordered the gold and black paisley vest set on February 7, 2024. The order number is #*******. Delivery address was **** ******** *** *** * Cleveland OH 44109. I had shipping protection but did not receive any tracking information.
    I submitted an inquiry to the support unit, received a support number ***** and reply from Cherry on February 14. 2024 stating that an inquiry will be made to find out if Chinese New Year may have caused a delay.
    I have not received any other information so I requested a refund to the support unit on the same email thread on March 7, 2024. No response, no reply.

    I placed an order on 02/20/24 with Sophisticated Gentleman. I attempted to cancel the order in good faith on numerous occasions via email (not due to buyers remorse) solely that I decided to purchase another similar item elsewhere. Their phone number only receives VM. The emails are left unanswered and the order has not even shipped as of 02/28/24 so not sure what the issue is with cancelling the order prior to shipping. Horrible and unresponsive customer service.

    I originally place an order for two vests December 11, 2024. Order # *****.
    The vests arrived and were too small, I request an exchange on January 8, 2024
    Received the following response: Please have it shipped to the following address.

    Please note, we could not give you an exchange right away as we still have to check the condition of the items once we receive it. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in the same condition that you received it- with original packaging.

    Shipped vests as instructed in January 10, 2024. In spite of several inquiries, February 9 and 17, 2024. The company has nit responded to either inquiry. I have received neither replacement merchandise nor a refund.

    I made a purchase last fall for a vest set that included a tie and cufflinks. The size I ordered did not fit so I emailed them and requested to exchange it for another size. They replied directing me to send back the original order and email them a copy of the return shipping label. I did as directed and they did not respond or send the correct size. I have emailed them a number of times with no response. They never shipped the corrected size and never refunded me for the order. I feel like this is a *******.

    I ordered 2 shirts from Sophisticated Gentlemen on 12/08/23 and paid per my debit card. I have never got the shirts and can not get ahold of the company. the phone is voicemail only and I have sent at least 8 emails asking where my shirts are. According to the tracking info it says it was delivered to AZ. I live no where near AZ. not sure if this company is a scam or fraudulent. I want my money or my shirts!

    on 12/5/2023 I placed an order for a Formal vest and Ties with this Company. Per they website it would take 7 to 15 days for delivery. The purchase amount was $51.96 and was paid by Credit card. I needed the item for New Years Eve. Using their Package tracker it arrived in the ** on 12/27/2023. It was Finally delivered on 1/2/2024 to *********, **. I live in ************ **. They mailed it to the wrong customer. Also, they have my ** address from the Credit Card Transaction. I have sent several E-mails to their Support Portal - *********************************** I have received no Response from them. I just want them to send me what I ordered.

    I ordered a tie and cufflinks from Sophisticated Gentlemen, it took aboutc2 weeks to ship. I was aboe to tracks lt ***** May 5th then the package stopped. I went back to my email I received from this company with the tracking number. I found out I had been scammed! They used counterfeit postage! Now I lost money! I'll buy locally. Don't ever use this company! A complete fraud!

    This company does not operate from their ****, **** address. It is located overseas. The number listed for this website ************* goes to a voice mail. No one responds to the message, if you leave one. I sent several emails to their email address ******************** and no response. I booked two orders, #SG66131 and #SG66076. No idea when these orders will be shipped? After filing complaints about each one of them via PayPal, I received a message from them via PayPal with only one tracking number from Italian post for both orders. That number is just a number from the label. Item was never shipped. If I try to tack it with that number, it has no information for a long time. This is company is bogus. Don't waste your money. It looked like I wasted over $100 with this company.

    I purchased cuff links from this company online on August 9th and paid money from my PYPal account. Order number #SG66076. Any time track this order, it says, it is being processed. I have sent two emails and left one VM but no reply.
