    I ordered 3 pair of shoes from Gatsby Shoes on April 25, 2025 (Order # GTSBY407806). I expected a decent shoe, certainly better than what I received. There is no quality to these shoes. I really regret ever ordering from this company. I thought about returning the two unworn pair, until I discovered that I would have to pay shipping costs as well as a 10% restocking charge. Therefore, I am stuck with these terrible, uncomfortable shoes. I wish that I had thought about looking at reviews first. Hopefully, my complaint and others will prevent some people from ordering shoes from them.

    If I could give less than 1 star I would. Sent me the wrong sizeexcuse of ********* vs US size diff. Bottom line, I ordered US size ten and they sent me US size 11. Will not correct the issue.maddening. Do not waste your money with this company.

    We ordered brown shoes. What we got were ugly black and brown shoes. I have sent multiple emails about a refund. When I call the customer support # it tells me to go back to the website. I have asked to speak to a live person. They just keep telling me it will cost a lot to return and I should take a $15 credit. Credit for what? Total scam!

    Dont be fooled by the nice ads, this shoe is poorly made, it will not last, and the company doesnt stand behind their product. I travel for work and it took a bit to finally wear these shoes. After one week of office wear environment, the soles split from the shoe - both shoes. I was bummed because they are comfortable and look good. Turns out they are just cheaply made. I reached out to Gatsby product support and they told me I dont meet their policy for any support, refund, or compensation. Instead, Im stuck with fake shoes I cannot wear and I over paid for. Its a window dressing shoe designed to look good in a social media advertisement and then fail right away. Spend your money elsewhere.

    Do NOT Buy Ordered shoes 10/31/23...arrived right around Thanksgiving.....did not wear until mid December due to holidays, travel and fact that I'm retired don't wear dress shoes every. day! After 3rd wearing just before Christmas, the right heel totally separated from the sole. On January 2, **** I called phone and the refer you to email customer support...which I did! ***** responded telling me 30 days was up (true, but maybe by few days and certainly not AFTER 30 days of wear time)! *** asked for photos which I sent, then offered to replace then rescinded. I disputed with AMEX but they relied on Gatsby's 30 day policy. I have since given up using AMEX, but under NO circumstance should anyone buy Gatsby products!!

    This company is a nightmare! Placed an order 12/21/23 and got an email confirmation - the size of the shoe ordered was wrong. Contacted them by email (no phone contact) to change size. Was told it was too late that the order was FAST TRACKED. Did not receive my order till 01/19/2024 (29 days later). I feel this company does not personally care about your contacting them as most of my email issues were not handled sufficiently - but a computer generated response was given every time by a different supposed customer service rep. **** returning Items I had to pay a most exorbitant price to return due to it going to **. BEWARE of doing business with them!!

    This place is a joke! I ordered a pair of shoes for my spouse on December 15 received an email it shipped Dec 20 and they have yet to arrive. I emailed customer service inquiring about my package and was told to continue tracking them, their tracking system does not work on a phone and I have to use it on my PC. What nonsense! I have asked for a refund but from what I am reading they will not refund my money because "They have already shipped." They have not left a place in ******** since I received my shipping notification. Don't trust them. I wish I had looked further into the reviews before I spent money on a product I have yet to receive.

    Wish I could leave less than one star! Bought the Gatsby ****** shoes, wore them twice (once for an hour to church and once to work) and the sole literally came off when taking them off at the end of the day. CHEAP CHEAP CHEAPLY made shoe, poor quality materials. NOT worth the money!

    Ordered shoes on 11/28/23. They never arrived. Multiple emails and phone calls but only randomly did an email get answered by ****** Phone calls, forget about it. One pair said delivered to another city / state on front porch, another pair have said in Jamaica ** for almost a month. They will not honor purchase, refund or fake shipping insurance that I paid for. TOTAL SCAM. Stay away from this business.
