    AVOID this company! Ordered shoes 10/31/23 and they were low quality. Returned per their instructions out of my pocket on 11/22/23 and they received by them on 11/27/23. When I asked for when I'd receive my refund - "Thank you for reaching out to us. For returns, please allow 1-2 weeks for the processing and inspection of your shoes in our warehouse. Our fulfillment team will email you once your return is ready for refund/replacement." Asked again for refund on 12/12 and now the response is "Thank you for your email. In regard to your return, we are still waiting for the warehouse to send us the list for newly inspected returns, it may take another 2-3 weeks for them to inspect, once the warehouse sends us the list, we either refund or process an exchange depending on customer's request.For other questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us!Sincerely,******************* **************** Representative *************************"I've disputed with my credit card company. I would give them a ZERO star rating if that was an option. I'm forced to give them a one.

    DO NOT BUY! Not leather. Garbage. These shoes are so cheap that anyone should be embarrassed to wear them. The return instructions are so long that they want to confuse you or force you to give up. I returned my item and see per tracking that it has been received at the address in the instructions. I am not even going to wait for a refund. I am disputing with my credit card company immediately.

    I place a at Gatsby Shoes order and i have not got my order yet i like to no what is the problem can i get some information about it the order it was delivery but they had a problem post address i would like to no were my order was **** sent back to the company they don't want to contact me about the delivery status

    I ordered what I thought would be nice shoes. They got here a month later nothing like pictured. Cheap garbage and I immediately reached out to return them but after reading their reviews the 2 weeks return refund isn't real either. I plan to contact my card company and have them reverse the charges due to fraud. Do not fall for this, it is total fraud!

    I ordered a pair of shoes on 9/29/2023 and they have not arrived yet. Through the tracking app, they seem to have spent a week in Jamaica, ** awaiting pickup. They finally got to a distribution center in the Chicagoland area and have not moved in ******************************************* an excuse about the product shipping from overseas, which was incorrect, and subsequent emails have not been replied to.

    Ordered two pairs of shoes size 16. They ran small, so I requested an exchange for size 17. They still were snug. I requested a return on May 30, 2023 for a full refund. I have emailed *** the representative multiple times and she keeps saying the warehouse must review the returns. I told her that it doesnt take two moths to review returns. I asked for a supervisor, and *** refused to provide the information. I will file a dispute with my financial institution. SCAM!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!

    When I received the shoes they were to big so I sent them back emediatly, which was on may 9th 2023 and still have not received any refund.they keep saying be patient one to two weeks,we are so behind but they never refund my 69dollars and some change on my debit card and I don't believe they plan on refunding my debit card,I want results now it's now July 25th 2023.

    Took almost a month to receive the shoes, when received it came in just a plastic bag. Smelled awful, with incorrect size. When asked for the 30-day refund, was sent such a long list of instructions and told that I was responsible for the mailing and paying postage. Just awful experience from them and wish I would've checked here before purchasing. ****** learned, and never again!

    *his company should be out of business. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and when I received them I was very disappointed. If they were in fact made of leather it was the poorest quality I have ever seen. In addition they didnt fit. It took some time to find out how to return them, but I finally was able to go so. *heir documentation requirements were followed to the * I placed the two pairs in original individual boxes which were then placed in a single mailing box at the *** store. Some time later I received a credit on my card for one pair. *hey claim to have received only one pair. I have tried to reach a supervisor of the person I was dealing with, but have been stonewalled on each attempt. DO NO* BUY ANY*HING FROM *HESE GRIF*ERS
