Don't buy from these scammers,They promise you the world and then they disappear. I was supposed to get a 20kw system and ended up getting 13,800.00. Plenty of call,emails and text and response. I still have to pay Edison for electricity because I didn't get for what I ask for.
Mr. C.E.O If you read this, come get your system or Get me the system That I ask for. I will not make a payment to the finance company till you resolve this problemSunPower

Like all the other low customer ratings about this company stay clear of them! My panels were installed over a year ago and initially everything was fine, then I realized on my bill that it said my system was consuming nothing and all the power is being exported. I have tried calling them as advised by the financing company, but no one answers and it goes straight to voicemail and have never had a call returned or response to any emails. The financing company informed me that since I purchased the panel I had to reach out to the installers or find someone else if there was a problem. So the warranty is not even valid? What happens if I have a real problem and need repairs or my roof replaced who will move the panels? I should have gone with my gut when the salesman came out he was high pressure and that should have been my indicator to RUN!. If you get solar panels use a local reputable company is my advice to anyone and do not use this company!SunPower

1 stari have had our panels for about a year now. initially things seemed to be going fine. once the system was installed and they sent the email asking how everything was going. now they have vanished off the face of the earth. everyone who contacted me via email none of theyre number work so i dont any of them still currently work there. a year later i have a bad inverter. ive called countless times. left countless messages multiple emails to the original project manager. 4 weeks still no response theyre phone do not ring nor can you get in touch with a live person. i called the installer who came that day and now im told complete solar has sold the company and for them to come out for a warranty they want to charge me $300 for a service call. since when do you charge for a part that is under warranty. customer service is absolute garbage. they will probably respond tp this with some c*** that we have looked up your information and cannot find and we will reach out to you blah blah blah. none of means c*** without action. so i hope someone can get in touch with me to have my issue resolved. for the price they charge for solar their customer service should go above and beyond for their customersReview fromConnie M

1 starGave 1 star as you have to put something there. Going on 28 months since panels installed. Months and months, lots of calls, texts and emails. A little bit here and there. Parts missing, etc. Nothing worked until a couple of months ago when electrician came back and did more work to connect battery storage system. (I asked him why he came back and he said Complete hadnt paid him because the job wasnt done and he wanted to get paid.) Although we protested to the finance company, about 2 years ago, Complete received full payment after panels were installed, even though not connected. The electrician got battery backup going and we are finally getting partial solar, but not enough to cover our usage and certainly not enough to get credits from PG&E as per the agreement with Complete. Of course were paying for the system that was financed ($35k) and were paid PG&E (our true-up) bill for last year was over $2,000, and we are currently at over $1,000 for this year. After monitoring our system for a couple of months after supposedly having all complete, according to Generac, theres a current blockage to our solar panels that needs to be adjusted. No one is responding to our text messages, phone calls and emails are returned. DO NOT USE COMPLETE!Review fromMarco R

I wish I had done a better job of researching the process of getting solar panels and what company was responsible this job. (For the sake of the review) Company XYZ installed the solar panels. I called to get updates from Complete Solar without any response. I called the City of ********* to find out what was causing the delays. Like many of the consumers listed here, the City of ********* told me my plans needed to be updated to code. When I finally got a hold of someone at Company XYZ they told me the company no longer works with Complete Solar due to poor customer care and my ********************** project is ultimately their responsibility. I must have missed that when I read the contract. I emailed Complete Solar from the app and the email bounced back. I called customer care during business hours and the recording stated I had reached them during off hours and they were closed. I called the contact person Company XYZ gave me and it rang, offered to leave a voicemail, and the call hung up. It seems like Complete Solar cannot or is not capable of taking customer calls. It is highly unprofessional and, based on the reviews of others, strongly suggests a consistent pattern of Complete Solar not being able to manage their responsibility to complete the job. Also, I have not received a bill yet. I know someone will want their money with interest. Who do I pay? When? I do not want to be sent to collections or worse I do not want to have lien placed on my home. I am not asking for anything outside of what was agreed. Please complete the job in a timely manner and communicate with me. I would like to preemptively say I am a patient person and this pattern of avoidance is irresponsible and a let down to me and others who wanted to "Go *********** the reviews, I see platitudes and pleas for patience. While I understand there will be delays, words are not substitutes for action. I will review my contract and look into legal action if this matter is not resolved.SunPower

if i could put negative stars i would . this is got to be one of the worst companys to deal with. the sales person and on sight tech and i talked about a full roof of paniles and a tree removal to get the best out of the sun. they for got to put it in the contract and i been dealing with this company for 2 months . they finally asked me to get them 3 quotes and i did. I called to make sure they got the quotes and they said yes someone will be in touch . 2 weeks went by and nothing so i called on week 3 they person i talked with was looking into and to call back in 48 hours. so i did and i get put on hold to the point i hang up one time i sat on hold for an hour. then i got a new number to call this guy said someone from my area will call. i have a ****** chance at talking with god than any one at this company. and all this cause they did not want to do what was promised. and on top of that the paniels were installed in the winter and now that the snow is gone i'm cleaning up there mess.SunPower

I regret ever getting involved with this company. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. We signed on to start our solar project with them in January 2021 and it still is not completed as of April 2024. They have always been poor with communication but have stopped responding to anything (call/text/email) over the last two months. The worst part is, the panels have been installed for over two years but not on/part of PG&Es system and I just recently found out from an electrician that tested our system, that half of the panels are no longer functional. I am posting here on BBBs site but prepared to hire a lawyer.SunPower

Like everyone else, all I can say is stay far away from this company! They installed panels months ago and then leave you unconnected without any communication. They do not answer calls, voicemails, texts, emails, etc. This experience has been utterly horrific and I still don't have my panels hooked-up. Electric company says it's on Complete Solar to provide completion paperwork, but nobody responds to me so I don't even know what to do at this point.........RUN AWAY FROM COMPLETE SOLAR! DO NOT USE THEM!SunPower
