      My wife and I would like to share our thoughts about Blue Raven installation crew. They showed up on time and they were very courteous and after they completed the installation they left the area spotless. Thank you excellent work ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ??.

      System was recently installed; waiting for township inspection and power company to do their part. Everything so far by Blue Raven has gone smoothly. Local HOA has been the long running problem. Date was set for installation; 4 man crew showed up on time; went to work immediately and diligently; installed all electrical equipment, wiring, and 12 panels on roof; was done by 2:30pm. Willingly answered all my questions as they worked. Good friendly bunch of guys. Would highly recommend. Now just waiting for township and *** to complete their part so can energize the system.

      They did a good job, walking me through the process and getting me set up and even working with the **** This review is purely based on the installation and on boarding. If I ever have an issue and reach out for a resolution, I will leave another review depending on their service. Seems like a trustworthy company and everyone who has been to my house.

      The guys was professional and know what they doing. Specially the man guy(forgot his name) was so patient and willing to answer all of our questions. Even, when he goes in and out of our house, he was changing he shoes. That shows how much he respect the house we live in.

      The information, iPad displays of where panels could be and explanations about that were excellent. Blue Raven kept us informed except for 1 problem: a supply glitch that panels didn't get delivered til noon on the day the crew was here at 9 AM to install. Crew had other things to do at our house but not e ought to fill 3 hours. Crew did their best to have enough to do here and another house 4 miles away. It was all worked out. Blue Raven was flexible to allow the 2nd cash payment to be 2 weeks after install and everything working well!

      Install team didnt clean-up the area very well after they finished, there was debris scattered in work area. They stepped onto our plastic trash can, leaving a huge indention in the lid. They moved a few things around but didnt put them back. They told my wife they would get with her to go over some details before they left, they left without checking with her. They installed the metal conduit going into the control panel too close, so the bottom latch wont fasten completely on the door cover. They also left handprints all over the solar panels while installing them. Could have been a much better experience with a little professionalism and communication.

      Most knowledgeable sales people and friendly courteous work crew. Job well done and no complaints. My son is also adding solar on his roof
