The company was great to work with. We arrived 45 minutes to close and they didnt rush us at all. We had an appointment and they had the car ready and cleaned when we showed up to do a test drive.Action Auto Utah

Both Dakota and ***** made the experience of buying my first car amazing. They went very far out of there way to make me feel like a priority despite being incredibly busy, to adequately address all my questions and concerns, and to genuinely try to get me the best deal they could. Had the worst experience possible, absolute nightmare. Ended up loosing 10k and my entire down payment. Found a nice car at action auto, was told it was AWD (it was not, it was FWD).Was told the car was a clean title (turns out it was a salvage and the entire back had been replaced). All they pulled was just the Carfax report. Was told the car has been detailed, it was freaking dirty. I spent 10 hours cleaning it and getting our all the dirt from the carpet. Thing was nasty. I paid 3k in dealership fees and they didn't even bother to wash the carpets. Got charged 28k for a car that should have been *****k maximum according to a mechanic. Said none of the repairs were even documented. Asked to return the car to Action Auto after owning it for only 15 days (and had put less than 200 miles on it). Was told the best they could do was give me trade on credit for 23k (ouch). Left a bad review, guy called me up and said they could trade in for 26k (like, really? Only after I complain you try to make things right?)---------------I ended up trading in the vehicle at another dealership for different trim level. Was able to get a trade on at 23k but they said it was pushing it. They said this cars trade in ***** was just 19k due to the salvage. I drove the new I got off the lot on my hour ride home and immediately noticed a better feel and experience. Please, for the love of all that is holy, do not go with Action Auto if you don't know about the car. They will not give you reliable information and will pull the info out of their nether regions. If I could rate this -1 stars, I would. Saddest part is that the people were decent but the business is just plain incompetent. Like, if you're going to sell cars, at least pull accurate reports...Action Auto Utah

I really needed a new Camry to replace my existing car, I knew exactly what I wanted and these guys were awesome. ****** reports, treated like an actual customer vs another sale, and were very straight. I had an excellent experience purchasing a vehicle here. I had spent two weeks looking for the right Jeep Wrangler and was willing to travel nationwide to pick it up. I dealt with dealers across the country and unfortunately found shady sales practices at most of them. Hidden fees or add-ons was the norm. Luckily, Action had a very nice jeep at an excellent price. They were very accommodating with no high pressure sales techniques. Other than what I saw as normal dealer fees, they didnt have anything that wasnt a completely optional add-on. They even worked with me to correct something I was concerned about with the vehicle. Overall, a great experience.Action Auto Utah

Horrible Experience DO NOT BUY HERE I can't stress this enoughdo not buy a car from Action Auto. I bought a ******* Tucson from them, and just 12 hours after driving off the lot, I realized the climate control system was broken. No matter what temperature you set it to, the car blew burning hot air. I immediately started calling Action Auto to resolve the issue. I reached out 5 times using 3 different numbersand no one bothered to answer. After getting zero response, I began driving to the dealership, knowing I had only five days to exchange the car if there was an issue. As I was driving to the dealership, my husband informed me that he received a random text from their mechanic with a screenshot of a ****** search, claiming it was normal for my ******* to not have cool air in the winter.Naturally, I called ******* dealerships myself to verify this claim, and they completely lied to us. When we finally made it to the dealership, we had to sit through a painfully awkward situation where they called ******* on the phone and got caught red-handed lying about the cars condition.The worst part? They refused to fix the car unless we signed an NDAyes, they wanted us to sign a nondisclosure agreement just to fix a broken car that they sold us! Not only that, but we asked if they would sign something guaranteeing they would fix the car once we signed the ***, and they flat out said no. It was clear they were only trying to cover their own backs, not take responsibility for the faulty car they sold *****, four days after buying the car, we were forced to spend $1,000 of our own money just to fix the problem that Action Auto shouldve handled. This was all due to the fact that they sold us a broken car, then tried to manipulate us into signing an *** before they'd even consider fixing ***** top it off, they refused to talk to methey would only speak to my husband, completely ignoring me throughout the entire process.Action Auto Utah
