  DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!! When I originally bought my car, they provided me with a clean title. I didnt think anything of it until I was ready to change insurance providers a little while later and got denied due to a salvaged title. After some research I come to find out that the car they sold me was freshly bought from an auction. It has flood damage, recently crashed, the list is LONG. Not to mention they put cheap parts on it to repair it. Thats not the only problem. I traded in my perfectly good car, low miles, no damages etc. and did not give me the amount they told me they were for it. Im now stuck in a sticky situation and working with a lawyer to get this resolved.

  Hey *******, thank you for letting us know your concern. We were really surprised to hear that you found your vehicle didn't have a clean title because the majority of the vehicles we sell have clean titles. There are very very few vehicles that we do sell that don't have a clean title, but we are very upfront with our customers to make sure they know it doesn't have a clean title when selling it. In the case specifically with your WRX you purchased from us in April of 2022, we wanted to verify what you are claiming. We did a quick look up of the carfax report as of today Jan 2, ****. Each carfax report has a section titled "Title History" which verifies whether a vehicle has a clean title or not. They get this information that is regularly updated, directly from the **** We found on the carfax report for your vehicle that it still shows as a clean title with no flood damage as you have claimed to have found. You also claimed that it had been "recently crashed" which confused us further. The carfax report states that it was in an accident but it was back in April of 2019. ****** states that this accident was reported as the vehicle being involved in a "minor rear end collision where the airbags didn't deploy." This is something we see often which is typically just a small fender ****** and nothing to be worried about. It looks like you have had the vehicle for almost 2 years now and we haven't heard any complaints from you up to this point that we can remember, so we're assuming the vehicle has ran and driven great since you purchased it which is what we like to hear! We appreciate you as one of our customers and never like to hear when someone feels like they've been taken advantage of or has had a bad experience as we work hard to take care of all of our customers. We ask that you reach out to us directly if you'd like to discuss this matter further, but hope we can earn you back as a customer in the future. Thank you!

  Purchased a vehicle about 6 months ago and still havent received the title. Took about 9 phone calls and a month to get someone finally responded about the issue. Another 2 months passed, still havent got it. Be careful to purchase your vehicle here if you do care about the title.

  Hey ****, thank you for reaching out and we apologize for your frustrations. I think there may be some misunderstanding when it comes to receiving a title after purchasing it though. We do not provide titles to a customer as all titles are processed through the state. Typically the *** will take **** weeks to process and send the title out to you or your financial institution after you purchase the vehicle, but we can see in this case that it has taken a lot longer. Unfortunately, when looking your name up in our system as it shows on your review, we cannot locate which vehicle you purchased. We're assuming that it may be under a different name, but would still like to help out any way we can. We're sorry we took so long to get back to you, but if for some reason you still haven't received your title for your vehicle we're happy to reach out to the *** to see what's going on.   I bought a car from them with a perfect Car Fax. I drove it out of state and the trim over the wheel came off. The car had been in an accident. Im paying to get it fixed now. These people do not inspect their cars like they say they do. They are full of c*** Do not buy a car from these shisters! When I took the car to the ***** dealership the service guy said this company only sells cars that have been wrecked. I told him my used car had a perfect car fax and they inspect them! Boy was I wrong! Typical used car shady c*** going on at that dealership! Buyer be ware!

  Hey ****, thank you for reaching out and we apologize for the experience you had with the vehicle after purchasing it from us. If I remember correctly, we spoke over the phone at the time you had left us this review. We we very surprised to hear that a service guy at a ***** dealership had told you we "only sell cars that have been wrecked". This was pretty shocking to hear as we've sold thousands of vehicles that haven't been wrecked... We're wondering why he would say something like that about our dealership as we work very hard to maintain a very high average rating on ****** for both of our locations and to take care of every customer that comes to us with the best of our ability. We were sad to hear that the wheel well cover came off of your vehicle while driving home. We were also surprised that that same ***** dealership charged you guys over $300 to fix it when something like that is a very simple fix and the part is well under that **** to purchase a new one. In the end we do still appreciate your business and hope we can somehow get another shot in the future and earn your business back. Thank you!

  I bought a car from Action Auto in December, its a **************** 17 grand! But it came to be the worst car I have had. The engine light came on only a few months after having it and cost me $1200 to fix it. But thats just the tip of the iceberg, right after my purchase I noticed many little problems, like the side view mirrors are broken so I cant move them, I've had to fix the gas tank cover because it broke and I needed gas really bad so i had to remove it and get it fixed. With every start it seemed to take longer and struggle more to do so and now it is broken broken! ONCE AGAIN! I am broke all the time because of this car between the 2 oil changes ive had to do scene then because your team failed to do so before selling to me. Between filling up basically all of the things in a car and the huge bills for huge fixes its killing me! Action Auto financed a 19 year old a piece of c*** and felt fine with that. Ive talked to my friends and they all hate action auto. I also have a friend that is a manager at one of the shops Action Auto takes it's cars to and they have documentation of cars coming in with over ******* miles on it and comes in weeks later and somehow has thousands less close to ******, I don't know what they know about the law but that is ILLEGAL and very immoral. I dont know what needs to be done but I feel very very ripped off and am stressed beyond anything owing this P.O.S. car. They did not give me the car I was expecting. I will be posting on every website possible to let people know not to buy the show cars that only look good then break once off the lot!

  Hey *****, we appreciate you reaching out and apologize for the hardships you've gone through. We'd like to go over your review and help clear up some items that have been stated. You said that your check engine light came on 3 months after you purchased your vehicle. We understand your frustration, but don't believe that blame can be put on us as for 3 months your vehicle was great! There are many factors that can go into a check engine light coming on in your vehicle, but not knowing how you drove the vehicle, where you drove the vehicle or how far you drove the vehicle in those first 3 months there are endless possibilities that could've transpired to have the check engine light come on. The good news is that for the first 3 months of owning the vehicle it was great! Unfortunately we can't predict what will happen with a vehicle 3 months after owning it and again there are many factors to why a check engine light could come on in that time. Used cars unfortunately are unpredictable though so we spend a lot of time going through each vehicle in our reconditioning process to make sure that everything is thoroughly checked before selling it. We also test drive our own vehicles regularly to double check that there is nothing else that *** have been missed. We understand that even after this though there are sometimes random items that *** come up so we do offer every customer a free ***** exchange if there is something that comes up with those first 5 days to come and exchange it for a different vehicle. We also offer every customer the option to purchase a third party extended warranty to cover unpredictable items that *** come up with owning a used vehicle. We see that you declined this extra coverage unfortunately. The other item we'd like to address is the claim from a friend of yours that told you "they have documentation of cars coming in with over ******* miles on it and comes in weeks later and somehow has thousands less close to ******." This is very confusing and very surprising to hear as that is very far from the truth. We have NEVER rolled back an odometer and will NEVER roll back an odometer. That is illegal and unethical and is a practice that never has been nor will ever will be apart of our business. We apologize again that you feel like you were taken advantage of, but sincerely only wish you the best. We hope we can earn your business back in the future. Thank you!

  I would never buy a car from this dealership. They said that they would match any price at another dealer. Found a car for exactly **** less, similar mileage. Exact same car except the other car was a different color and had leather seats and a couple of other options the action auto car did not have. This is when the action auto games began. They first offered me 700 off then they offered to make me a deal on a service contract. I gave them the dealers name so they could confirm the price of the other vehicle. More excuses but never matched the price. I later found out that their vehicle had a history of an accident. The other dealer gave me an additional 400 off. Thank you no action auto for not doing business with me. I bought a car for less money, more options and no accidents from a different dealer.

  Action Auto Utah is by far one of the best dealers in the state, super professional and very low pressure! I highly recommend coming to these guys! They are more than willing to work with you to leave both sides satisfied and happy! With the type of inventory these guys have I was able to find the exact car I was looking for and had the best buying experience Ive ever had with other dealers! Highly recommend!

  Buyer beware. This dealership sold me a Poor maintained car. I bought it from them in **** and did everything a none mechanically inclined customer can do. They assured the car was in great condition for purchase and travel. And on my drive home only 6 hours from time of purchase, The engine gave out and left me stranded. I contacted them for a return or repair on this vehicle and they denied liability. This car was only in my hands for 6 hours before it was a completely gave out. A auto in ********* diagnosed it with failure of rods and needs a new engine. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP, you are better off buying third party.

  This dealership is shady. Buyer beware! Wanted to have my mechanic look at vehicle but was told I lived too far away but could take it to THEIR mechanic. Advertised as no accident vehicle and passed a third party inspection. Car had been in accident AND had a rear end problem. Called to return vehicle within three days. Out of town and explained I could not bring car back in the required time period. This dealership didn't have decency to call me back but communicated through text. Asked for owners name and number yet was refused info. Was NEVER offered an extended warranty for purchase. Was also told I was rude and demanding when I was at the 'dealer'. All I asked for was a credit for a second key. The finance manager did offer to have the locksmith they use make a key at a discounted price. Called the locksmith three times and each time he had an excuse. I would NOT recommend them to anyone. Take your business elsewhere. I've bought cars for years and never had such a horrible experience.

  I thought this dealership was solid. I was wrong. Buyer beware. Bought a car with ****** miles on it and as it was advertised- clear title. 2 months of owning it the paint started coming off the bumper. I contacted Action Auto and asked if I could trade the car in for another vehicle. They didn't bother returning my emails or calls. Another dealership informed me that the car had been in an accident and the value was HALF of what Action Auto sold it to me for. I did talk with someone briefly at Action Auto after finding out through *************************************** about the value.. they KNEW it had been in an accident but said, they advertise a clear title only. I have a 800 credit score and you'd think they would help me get into another, more fitting vehicle, but they just don't care about their customers after they sell you a car. It's my fault for not getting a car report but with ****** miles- I didn't think to check. I've owned the car for 6 months now and every time I drive it, I'm discouraged. I didn't ask for too much, just that they take the car on trade and put me into a different vehicle.
