    This is my first time using EDreams and since buying my ticket to ******** on November 8th, Ive been trying to get my trip dates changed after paying EXTRA MONEY to have the option of flexible dates added onto my trip. After almost a month of calling back and forth and submitting change requests via the EDreams app, I have only received rejections upon rejections stating that the dates I want are unavailable even though I can clearly see them available on the **************** website. I even tried requesting different dates yet my request got rejected nevertheless! When asked to speak with a manager, I was given the usual well call you back or that department is closer for today excuse. Now, after deciding to just buy the tickets directly from the airline, I come to find out that my ticket with EDreams is not refundable. Im extremely disappointed with the amount of fake promises and false advertising Ive received from EDreams and will be filing further customer complaint reports because its absolutely unacceptable that a customer gets charged extra money yet cannot use the service he or she has paid for while following EVERY RULE listed in the EDreams date change policy. I have recordings of my conversations with the **** and rows of email threads as proof of this terrible customer service experience. I look forward to finally speaking with a manager and getting this issue resolved before filing a charge back with my bank. Thanks.

    I booked my flight online from *** to ********* (for Nov 14th - Nov 16th, 2024) for an event that was supposed to hold the next week via eDreams plus an additional purchase of flight insurance which they call "Cancel at anytime." The event got canceled and I prompt contacted them immediately I got wind of the news but eDreams would not agree to refund my full amount. They said the insurance gives me 80% refund minus some service charges (which wasn't explicitly expressed on their site). I paid $246.08 for the roundtrip but when I called to cancel, I was offered a refund of $120.34 which is less than 50% of the cost of the ticket. Every attempt to get a higher cadre personnel to talk was rebuffed. They finally sent me a link to lay a complaint, and the link wasn't responding so I decided to share my experience here so that people should STAY AWAY from eDreams. Their business practices from my experience lacks both moral and ethical standards and people out there should beware. They should NOT be allowed to continue exploiting unsuspecting travelers with spurious charges even after getting a travel insurance. I would need my remaining amount of money paid back to me which amounts to $125.74 paid back to me.

    Can someone help me. I booked a hotel reservations last June 11 2024 and I cancelled it June 15, 2024. My arrival will be on November 6-12 2024. 5 months prior to my date of booking. I called to the customer service for a refund but they are saying that the booking is not refundable and cancellable. It said that it is on their policy. The thing is when you book for them after you pay they will send a booking confirmation saying that it is non-cancellable and non-refundable. As a customer this third party platform eliminated your rights to choice and decide the things that you wanted. I talked and talked to a customer agent at saying me the same. I even reached out the hotel saying about my concerns. The hotel said that they dont even charge me for the booking and the payment is not on their record. The money that we pay for them is not little. It is a cost a thousand dollars. Please return our money. Please can someone help us to put this platform in a fair trading and give us what we wanted. I hope that we can get the refund/money. We work hard for that. Please can someone do some action for this.

    I booked a flight in Spirit from *******, ** to ****************** thru Edreams, a few hours before my flight, I received an email letting me know that my flight was cancelled and they were going to put me on a flight 10 hours later, which didn't make sense to me because I wasn't going to make on time for my niece wedding, from then on it has been a nightmare basically impossible to get in touch with Edreams to get a refund.

    We booked a 3-day stay at a home in the Phoenix area. The day before our booking, I tried to contact Edreams but could not find an email or phone number. When I called the owner to get arrival instructions she told me that she had never advertised through Edreams. The property was occupied during the dates of our stay so we were left stranded. I immediately cancelled the credit card that I had given as security, luckily, before any charges were made on the card.

    E-dreams is fraudulent. They posts false advertising prices and then bait and switch you at the end of the process. I was buying a flight for $300 and they increased the price by $400 when I bought. Afterward I looked and the price had not gone up elsewhere. This is straight up criminal false advertising. They also constantly pressure you to complete the process faster than is possible saying "complete it soon or the price will go up". Obviously their tactic is to gaslight people into thinking that if they were faster they could have gotten the advertised price. They also make it impossible to cancel your flight, tho they make it seem like there's an easy way to do it. They also refuse to honor the legally required free cancellation 24 hour window (they charge a $50 cancelation fee). They say their customer service line is open 24/7 but they list no phone number or email. They say you need to download their app to contact customer service. No way I'm putting their c*** on my phone. STAY FAR AWAY FROM E-DREAMS

    I brought flex insurance for my flight to change times an dates if needed. Cant make my flight tried to change it but they are giving me the run around and now they dont want to give me any of my money back. They keep charging my card for things I didnt approve. If I could leave 0 stars I definitely would. Please need help
