      To Whom It May Concern,

      My miserable history with Skullcandy:
      AUG/12/2022 - I purchased a headphones on their Canadian website ( https://skullcandy.ca ) and I paid the price of the headphones with my credit card online in the same time.
      AUG/16/2022 - a random Skullcandy employee processed my order and gave the package to Purolator, the transportation company.
      AUG/19/2022 - shipment delivered to my door.
      AUG/25/2022 - Skullcandy received my warranty claim.
      SEP/20/2022 - Skullcandy Customer Service sent me an email about my warranty claim and sent a Coupon Code.

      So the headphones were in delivery for 4 days (started on AUG/16, finished on AUG/19, it is 4 days).
      And I used Skullcandy's EXTREMELY LOW QUALITY PRODUCT for 6 days only. For SIX DAYS only! Not even for a week! Due to a major issue I submitted a Warranty Claim and I had to send the new headphones back (thanks for the poor Quality Check Process during manufacturing).
      I requested a refund - because I'm highly disappointed and I do not want to buy and I do not want to own anything from Skullcandy anymore, but they refused my request! They say: "Products purchased from Skullcandy.com, Skullcandy.ca, Skullcandy.eu, or Skullcandy.co.uk are eligible to be returned to Skullcandy for a refund within 14 days from date of purchase." - but this 14 days sounds like a bad joke!

      I bet the Skullcandy Management aware about their products' low quality and they using this extremely silly practice for refund... 14 days - process of an order and shipping time included. Why? How is even possible? I do not own the new product yet, it is under packing and/or under its way to my door, but the refund countdown already started?!
      Customer Service doesn't want to help, Skullcandy is unfair and incorrect on every way!
      Disgusting attitude, useless Customer Service - and they're holding my money back... from my point of view: ILLEGALLY!

      I purchased a pair of Skullcandy Crusher ANCs on May 28th 2021 order ID ********. They broke and I sent them in for warranty repair on July 26th 2022 warranty claim ************. I was told they can't be repaired and was given a $300 coupon to purchase a replacement. Skullcandy is literally out of stock of everything and don't currently have something comparable to the Crusher ANCs advertised. I opened ticket 1614732 with Skullcandy asking for advice and was ghosted. At this point, I've given Skullcandy $222.99 USD and have nothing to show for it.

      I bought PIT VIPER PUSH ACTIVE ear buds from the Skullcandy.ca website on April 10,2022. The product stopped working the second time I used it, so I returned the product within the 30 days, I shipped it back and they received it since May 19,2022. It is now August 2,2022, and they still haven’t returned my money back. I just want my money back at this point, I’ll attach the receipt. They take a very long time to respond, and they’ve been avoiding giving my money back for months, please help me get my money back.

      On May 25, 2022 I contacted Skull candy customer support through email. I was told on June 2 that I would be getting a refund to my paypal account for an item I purchased that did not work properly if I gave tracking for this item after mailing it back. I provided said tracking on June 3, 2022-********************** through USPS. This item was received by Skull candy on June 6 @ 1:57 am. I was then told that I would get a refund in 5-7 business days. This refund never came and I emailed the company over 20 times with an excuse each time as to why this never processed. On July 26, 2022-I was informed that the info provided was incorrect and they escalated my refund and my refund was issued July 19, 2022 allow 3-5 business days. It has been 9 business days and there is still no refund. I have called, I have emailed and this seems to be impossible to get a refund.
