      ve never signed up for recurringIve never signed up for recurring purchase, never subscribed, they charged my card without my consent for recurring purchase. After I ask to cancel the transaction the same day, offered me 50% credit and keep the pills which I didnt agree then said I have to wait to receive the package then return it to get my refund. After a week with the tracking number they provided my package has not been moved at all.Do not recommend this company. They charge your card without any notification or consent and they subscribe you fraudulently to send you more products.Date of experience: January 07, ****

      Their website claims to offer a 180 day guarantee from the date of purchase but they do not respond to emails or any other means of contact to initiate the return, even through social media or otherwise. The emails come back as being rejected by the receiving server and social media messages are read and not replied to. I'm trying to return two bottles of Gaba supplements (one open one sealed) to which I had adverse reactions: nausea, dizziness, headaches, and a sensation like my whole body was vibrating. I've never gotten sick from a supplement before this. Still waiting for some communication so I can initiate the return process. Until then, my recommendation is to steer clear of this company.

      I decided to reorder shampoo directly from the company rather than through Amazon. Big mistake. Product stated as delivered on customer website link never arrived. *** states I must file claim through the sender. I have written two emails with no reply and have attempted to contact several times via phone which has not been answered during regular business hours.

      Took me two months to get a $30 refund on a product that was causing rashes on both me and my husband. They did not include the tax in the refund. Called many times and kept getting a check is in the mail type of answers. Some of their customer service reps were rude about me asking for my money back.
