      Lists Saturday as open. They don't ship parts on Saturday though. So, expect a delay in your oder if you pay for overnight shipping on Friday. They won't touch your order until Monday. In today's age what shipping company open 6 days a week isn't shipping 6 days a week?

      Never had to go through a process of buying like this before!!! They make you verify it's your credit card by charging your card a small fee, having to call your credit card company to find out the fee when they already charged my card $1800... I refused to do business like this, let the credit card companies deal with it not you!!!!! I asked for a manager and took 20 minutes.. **** other companies that would want my $1800.. send the person that made this a mandatory thing back to business school..

      one of my Tusk soft saddlebags fell off on my last ride. No idea what happened or how just gone. Called customer service to see about purchasing one saddle bag and one mount. Rocky mountain told me that they could not accommodate this due to they received the packages already put together from Tusk which is their company. Fair enough, but Unfortunate for me. So I asked, how about giving a discount to soften the blow since I have to purchase the full set of saddle bags and the full set of hard mounts due to they do not sell them separately as a replacement. Again, Rocky mountain told me they were unable to give me a discount and additionally offered zero financial support. Most companies will give you 10 or 15% off just for signing up with an email. In my opinion, once a customer has purchased your product in full and then falls on hard times with the product, you should allow them to buy the product again at not full price. Since Rocky mountain will not back you up in this type of situation on their own product, I would do your best to look for a product that sells replacement parts separately without having to buy the full set every time. I Don't believe them at all that they cannot offer a discount code on their own product at their own company.

However, we were able to review this for you and after looking into this due to how these items are manufactured when they're shipped from our development plant they're packaged as a complete kit which prevents us from sending 1 individually. As a courtesy we'd be more than happy to discount a new order for these Tusk Pannier Racks with Tusk Pilot Pannier Bags and Bottle Holders with Top Rack for the amount of $30.00 as a one time offer. If you would like to place a new order for these items, please let us know and we'd love to set this up for you.

      Will not be ordering from them again do to very annoying verification process I had to go through even though they had taken my money and my order was placed signed into my account with them. If Id of known all these steps were necessary I wouldnt have placed the order to begin with. now I have to wait for them to refund my money after I cancelled my order over the confusion. Do not recommend placing large orders with them go to a local store instead

      Ordered 4 tires, wheels and lug nuts all on same order shipped from same location. Received 2 wheels on time. 2 more a day later. Still waiting on lug nuts. 3 different carriers??? Lug nuts **** bad tracking #. Went to post office said no such number. Multiple phone calls to Rocky Mountain with no help and still no Lugnuts. Even tried their chat, no help there either. Very poor service.

      I ordered a acerbic 4.1 gas tank and the one they shipped was not the one in the picture not even close. I talked with Customer support and they said they would send the right one and have fedx pick up the wrong one. Then again they sent one that is not even close to the one advertised or shown. Talked to a supervisor in **************** and he was rude told me that it is my fault and the pictures don't represent what the product looks like. The tank is not even close to what they show and won't work. I ask to just exchange it for the 3.0 tank (same *****) he tells me no. Supervisor tells me that they won't have fedx pick it up and I need to drive an hour and a half up to the nearest fedx even know they had fedx pick up the last one. On top of that he also tells me I can look for my refund 14 days after they receive the tank back and may take longer. I have spent thousands of dollars with this company and this last order was almost 3k worth of parts. They also sent 4 extra Tusk bottle bags by mistake that I didn't order and I called and sent them back and I get treated like this amazing.

      Hello thank you for responding. I would first like to say the fedx location 2.1 miles away is a drop off point only they do not create shipping labels. Your supervisor was trying to create a shipping label for me to pickup and that was an hr and a half drive away. About the tank I asked for a exchange for the 3.0 because I ordered parts for the new tank but he said no he wouldn't exchange it. I already sent the tank back to you and always wanted a exchange because no matter what I need a tank. Your supervisor didn't need to be rude the description and pictures of the tank listed was wrong and even the supervisor agreed it was. The only thing that matched was a part number.

      I ordered a part from RM and it was incorrectly delivered to the wrong address. I was initially told they need to contact the horrible delivery (OnTrac) and would hear back in 3 days. 3 days passed and nothing. I wrote again and was told another 3 days. 3 days passed and was told another 3- 6 days. I still have no product and contradictory responses. And I am still out my $193.04, perhaps forever. As a motorcycle owner I would have liked to be a good customer with them. But their customer support and shipping is horrible. It looks like I am out my $193.04

      I simply am asking for my money back. You have failed to deliver an item to me per an agreement with me to purchase and receive said item. Instead you have thrown me into a mix of a contradictory, moving target timelines, instead of doing the right thing and returning my money. I cannot believe you do have better communication with the delivery service.

      IMPROPER DESCRIPTIONS CAN LEAD TO INJURY
      Talk about a company that doesn't do their research! We purchased two set of wheels for a friend (and his brother) with the intent for them to be able to ride and race on these Dubya wheels. The description simply states designed for casual riders, well they are not professional racers, so we should be good.
      They come trued but like all new wheels, there is a process of breaking them in so they we trued them when they arrived as well as before the race. Half way through the second race the wheels are coming apart, missing and loss spokes. Multiple experienced racer and trainers agree that it was very odd. Thankfully no one was hurt!
      I visited Dubya's website. There in bold letters. THESE WHEELS ARE NOT DESIGNED FOR RACING, DO NOT USE FOR HARD COMPETITION.
      I called Dubya they were very compassionate explaining the reason and offered solutions. However regrettably we purchased these from Rocky Mountain ATV.
      So I called Rocky Mountains customer service, explained the story, and asked why they don't specify the risks, the description simply states designed for casual riders, which they are.
      This is what they said.
      "with products that are not our own we supply the minimum description, we did included these are mean for casual riders. Our recommendation is that in the future you research the products you purchase."
      Rocky Mountain can not be trusted to supply adequate descriptions with warning labels on them?
      Does it really take so much time to type "Don't use for racing". Someone could have been injured, but as the customer I am expected to call the manufacturer for some trust worthy information.
      Rocky Mountain ATV is either a company that looks to do the bare minimum in favor of saving some time, or they purposely left out the warning in favor on a sneak mention to save themselves, that warning label would certainly turn away quite a few people "casual" rides or no.

      I've been a customer of ********************** MC since ****. The customer service has become sub par. I ordered a parts order on Monday 10/17 and it has yet to ship. I ordered these parts on Monday because I needed them by Friday for the weekend. I contacted their customer service to see why the heck it hasn't shipped yet and they tell me they're upgrading something at the ******** Warehouse. They told me in order to receive the part I ordered these parts on Monday because I needed them by Friday for the weekend. **************** told me that I could change the shipping to Next Day Air and receive it tomorrow. I'm not paying extra for a service when I should of received the order the same day with Standard Shipping! It's absolutely appalling that they're not warning their customers of this upgrade which is causing order delays.

      I just called and was told that there is no guarantee that even a Saturday Overnight Next Day shipping would make it out. So I requested the $25 gift card and the customer agent told me they could only offer a $10 gift card.
