      We still not have been able to talk to the General Manager of Ogden, UT. Our trailer was in the shop since October 31st, 2024 and we just picked it up on March 15th. Upon arrival at the site in Ogden, all windows were cracked open to the travel trailer during a snow storm. This is very concerning as there is probably water damage in the trailer now. Next, there was water leaking from the low-point drain once we inspected underneath the trailer at the dealership. We are hopeful that the pipes or pump are not damaged due to cold temperatures. Furthermore, upon arriving home (1 hour drive South), the TV and mount were completely torn from the wall and on the floor. The floor and TV that were just replaced the previous 4 months are now damaged. As you can imagine, this was not a pleasant surprise. We have a trip coming up in 2 weeks and our trailer is not ready to go. We have been trying to get in reach of the owner of the Ogden location to discuss what needs to be done, but no one is calling us and we are being ping-ponged from person-to-person. This has honestly been one of our worst experiences with a dealership.

      bought this 02/15/2021 then 3 month later roof went Bad, they did not cover, then all the Panels went Bad they replaced then fridge went Bad the replaced, then the floor went bad they replaced, now the front panel is bad they will not cover they wont 800.00 + to fix and they wont cover it. so I won't what i paid for the trailer its a LAMMON.

      I inquired about a RV on November 8, 2023 and was told that the RV was on consignment and that the price was not negotiable. I later found out on December 28, 2023 at the Texas DMV that the RV was traded in on November 4, 2023 and was not on consignment at the time of purchase on November 10, 2023. I was told by the salesperson Juan at the time of inquiring about the RV, that the dealership does not clean a consignment RV. Juan stated that I can pay for a thorough cleaning for $2000 which will be added to the price. I also paid for an Eco Pro warranty (cleaning), which was $1819. The RV was delivered filthy with dirt in the vents, shower, and wasp nest in skylights and hot water compartment. The sales manager offered me a $100 gift card to have the RV detailed. The salesperson also failed to notify me that the RV had a torn screen and the rear slide out was missing, I was told that RV was in great shape but had several issues that was not told to me in advance. I brought the RV on the internet and it was shipped to me in Texas. Blue Compass RV mislead and was dishonest in the RV purchase.

      We purchased an RV about a year ago with warranties and the works. We were told it undergoes a thorough inspection process before we are able to pick it up. In September we were taking it on its 3rd trip ever and the roof blew off. Insurance won’t cover it because they said the roof was weak and it was a maintenance issue that was bound to happen. Since then I’ve called, emailed and left a bad Google review with Sierra RV in Ogden (now Blue Compass RV) and haven’t gotten a single response. This was an issue the tech should’ve seen in the inspection. It also revealed a bunch of water damage meaning the whole roof needs to be replaced, not just the top layer. The AC also was never working, so I believe there never was an inspection done.

      We bought this 5th wheel Sept 2021. We explained specifically that we would be living in it the majority of the time. We gave Sierra a list of fixes. They have only repaired a few. Now we have moved 6 hours away they have done nothing to help us. The Fridge isn’t working half the time. There was water damage when we bought it unresolved the flooring has screws under it that are showing. The water heater only works on gas. We have had water leaks under the sink which has caused the floor to swell and be uneven. The slides don’t work correctly. The tanks were mislabeled. The screens on the window are loose no clips. The bedroom night shelves are loose and you can’t put anything on them. The air conditioner isn’t working very well. It’s 90 degrees in here. Because of the water leaks under the sink the corners of the bar the fake wood has split. Also because of the water leak the bottom cover came off.
