      What I really think you do not want to know!!! Only have owned it a month and a half. Does not even get it touch of the star . would rather sleep in a box on skid row $51'000 dollars Cash

      Never go to Sierra rv people. Me and the wife had a bad experience it started with the salesman on our purchase. Found the trailer we wanted and did the walk through. Several items needed fixed. They never fixed any of them. The toilet had pink on the floor and I said pressurize the lines and make sure toilet is not ************** they didnt do that and it leaked first trip. They threw in the cheapest king size mattress on a queen *** they could find and it hung over two feet. Had to buy a new one. They sold me the fifth wheel hitch and send ya out the door with no care about your family. The receiver moves all over when I am loaded in the *** of my truck. They tourqe it down to double what the specs are and still Moves. Left messages for ***************** and the service manager and nothing. These guys are crooks and youre best doing your homework as they only put the good reviews up on their page and people dont see the bad ones. I am rallying the troops of bad reviews and getting gephardt to do a story about these people. Seriously you pay a lot Of money for the trailers and get this kind of device. Horrible.

      Do not go to Sierra RV in Ogden, Utah they are the worse company to work with. They were supposed to unwinterize our trailer. Have had it for 3 days and have done nothing with it. We went in today and the parts person that we have been working with was not working and no one else could tell us nothing about what was going on. Since being a holiday weekend now we can not find anything about it or another 4 days. What kind of company works like this. It is totally unacceptable. I’m sure they have just pushed it aside and not have done the job they were supposed to have done to get other trailers done. We will never go back again. Last fall we dropped it off to be winterized and took them a month to get it back and they are doing the same thing again. Should not have taken this long. We bought this trailer new from them and have had nothing but problems from day 1. It is a piece of **** that we spent almost 90,000 dollars on it. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS BUSINESS. Horrible customer service. I just wished I had checked the reviews about this company before purchasing from them. Everyone run from this business.

      You buy a 60k camper and the furniture does not hold up. All of the faux leather has peeled off the furniture. Very disappointed.

      Husband went in today to purchase trailer he had researched and ready to buy. Gonna be a easy sell for them in cash the only thing wAs the 3 salesman just standing there with no care at all on helping him. Having a good o time laughing at who knows that customer We'll that's how customer felt.Hmmmm could it be he was a toothless guy carrying a chihuahua around, he would have money was a waste of their time. We'll guess what he did have more than enough money.Should never judge a book by its cover.They just lost a quick sale and quit a bit of money for Sierra.When he left he went inside and stated info about how *****, Mo, ***** wouldn't help him.Then left and flipped them off. Talk about poor Salesmen. He will never go back and is spreading word to everyone about his experience there.This just made me sick knowing I guess people are these days with their **** poor judgement
