      I wish I would have read these reviews prior to ordering from Pura. My shippment never arrived, and there is zero customer service provided from **********************. I am out $$$ and have no recourse. This is very disappointing as I was planning on giving these as presents for the entire family this year. I will never again order from Pura nor recommend this company. Shameful.

      Customer support for this company is nonexistent, and they obviously are not empowered to do the right thing- with a customer in mind. I recently found out about this company and their products, and I had purchased an Pura 4 item from a local shop. As I liked the item, I was thrilled when I received an email for 30% off your entire purchase from Pura. I had trouble trying to place the order as the discount was not shown. Tried to reach customer support which was not available on the weekend. They did reply to my message promptly, after the weekend, but gave me a song and dance that the promotion ended Eastern time and I was in Mountain time and they would not honor it. Besides the fact that I’ve never heard of anything so ridiculous in my life, nowhere in the email did it state that depending on what coast you are on, it would be a different time the promotion ended. After writing a second time, I was told they were sorry, but there was nothing they could do. So when you really think about it…over a few dollars for the company, they’ve lost a customer who would’ve shopped and re-ordered through them time and time again. Empowering customer service to do the right thing is most definitely needed at Pura, and looking at some of the other comments it seems like training is a must. Disappointed to say the least and a lost customer who will no longer recommend them to friends!

      If there was a zero star option thats what this company deserves! I did not receive 4 of my 6 shipments. They say they cant do anything for me. They use USPS for shipping. I contacted them twice and am out $100+ . Worst / No customer service!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RIP OFF COMPANY

      My very first order. I spent nearly $800 on fragrance kits for my Christmas gifts. I was very excited to get my Christmas shopping completed. The customer service has not been helpful. The online support system is terrible. They also want you to upload an app to track your shipment, which I started to do but stopped because I didn't want the hassle of this. When I finally got through to someone to check my order status I was happy that it was finally going to be delivered. When it arrived to my great disappointment upon opening the box I found that everything was just tossed into the box. The fragrances were not packaged with the diffusers, fragrances were leaking, boxes were messed up and now I'm finding I need to package them myself. It was simply a pile of mess and huge disappointment. Once again I had to go online to report this. They refused to credit me anything back for the inconvenience of me now having to do their work. I ordered 10 kits and it was a pile of mess in the box. They would only offer to replace two fragrances. Isn't the motto Presentation is 95% of the sale??!! Well this presentation of a very expensive product was very disappointing to say the very least. Especially when they tried to blame it on transit. There was also no packaging material in the shipment to keep the boxes from being tossed all around. I give them a big fat zero for trying to resolve this issue. Pura you need to do better!! I've been in product development for ************************************************************************** this pile of mess. I will never order from them again.

      Loved the concept, loved the scents, and have 3 diffusers that work. Ive never done a subscription service with them and would advise anyone considering such to avoid their products altogether. There is no customer service! No phone number or even a relevant live chat to address questions on orders or anything. Only bot like answers. Its a real shame, that a company offers an especially unique and useful household product, and with such a large variety of scents, and could be a really popular and even more profitable business than it is if they had ANY communication. Orders are taken online, payments processed, and communication stops thereespecially if they are on back order ( can only suppose this here since theres no communication to know for sure!). I had some prompt fragrance delivery a couple of times, so communication wasnt an issue until my order hasnt delivered for almost 3 months and cant get an answer online. An email apology on delay would be helpful, with options to cancel or revise ones order. I show PayPal pymnt of ****** completed July 30 and today is October 20. No correspondence whatsoever, and all automated responses that dont offer explanations or options to cancel. Unbelievable that a business would conduct themselves this way! And the only responses from them are here on the BBB website! Maybe they grew too big and dont have capability to handle it. Communication or a customer service chat or phone would go very far to help that! A HUGE change needs to happen in their business approach, *************************** methods or provide an easier local alternative to acquiring scents for their diffusers.
